Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Laredo

I went November 4 at 10 pm~ and ordered two bowls and two cups. One cup, unnoticed by me had a squished mosquito on the inside on the cup. I had only noticed after drinking and seeing it revealed. I told staff about the incident only to be given another cup. I was expecting at least to be removed the soda from my charge considering how unsanitary and disgusting the experience was. They seemed lethargic and didn't seem at all apologetic. The food, on top of everything, was bland and weirdly portioned. When we were paying for the order we waited at the register for a solid 5 minutes for someone to charge us. The quality of this place has misfortunately nosedived since its opening. First Super friendly staff!! Issue is pricing and being surprised at the end with all the upcharges.

Two out of three burritos were wrapped to where we had to put them in a bowl to eat. The main issue would be the cost for what we received. The menu board was not clear and even had different prices than we were charged. There was no communication as to what cost extra so we were very surprised to have a $80 plus bill for lunch when we expected a $60 bill. Seriously $2 upcharge for cauliflower rice? $2.35 per item for guacamole? Crazy!!

I hadn't gone to a Chipotle since I lived in Chicago a few years ago, I had a craving for it tonight only to be extremely disappointed. Look at this place! it was a mess, the food I remember was fresh, good!, not in this place, the steak looked like it had been there all day, all cold and dry, and it tasted horrible.
