It used to have good customer service and okay food. I stopped going months ago after extremely rude service by a female cashier and a male employee (not sure if it was the owner or what, but someone said it was the owner... [idk if it was actually an owner or anything to confirm that because I don't know who is/are the owner(s)]) it could've just been a regular employee, idk but a male working there at the time of service).
They messed up my order and escalated the situation rudely, trying to avoid having to replace the order with the correct order (I received something I hadn't ordered). They were saying they were going to have a loss on that order. So it would be best if I paid again to receive my correct order. I had already paid once for what I should've gotten in the first place and I didn't even touch my food but they were reluctant to replace my order, and they made me park and wait for the correct order as a form of retaliation because I refused to pay double just to get my correct order. Mistakes happen, but a paying customer who paid correctly shouldn't be forced to pay again or be treated in such a way that they feel uncomfortable getting their order corrected.
They used to have a cashier who would always greet with respect, joy, and efficiency. After I stopped seeing that cashier, the other one would have attitude at times... but that last rude interaction made me stop going.
The food is good/okayish but not the best to where you'll be missing out or feel like you're missing out...

Be aware, if you order the order inn at motel 6 it comes from this restaurant.
I ordered over the phone, and was very clear about paying in cash.
Driver showed up. Didn't speak one damn word of English. I tried to tip him well, but only had 20's. I requested 10 back. He said no change. Then he kept telling me front desk. He was trying to tell me to go to my hotel's front desk to get change. Hell with him, that's not my problem.
He left with the order. I called order inn, the parent company. They agreed this was all very unprofessional. 5 minutes later a young girl showed up with the same order, which by now was an hour old, and cold. I sent her away.
Discussing this with order inn management, they felt I should speak directly with the business owner. I did.
She is not qualified to run a chicken coop. Took absolutely 0 responsibility. All excuses. Would not make it right. Would not send out fresh food.
After speaking with order inn management, they have escalated this to the corporate level in order to terminate this restaurant's contract with them. It is well deserved.

I had asked for a bag to get chips to go and they didn't want to give me one because they had already given my aunt one, which had paid for a separate order, AND we were going to different places. I wanted to try the salsa,for high I got JUST one of each of the three. Again,it was my first place visiting. Got "the stare" the whole 2 minutes I was there at the salsa bar. They call me to give me " my" order, for which then I'm stopped by the cashier,who VERY RUDELY, tells me, "esa no es su orden!" Ok, U just gave it to me. As if I hadn't paid or something, INSTEAD of apologizing to either one of us for confusing our order. Well, although I can't complain about the taco's, I will not be going anytime soon, because the atmosphere n customer service is a big deal to me, as I'm sure it is to MOST paying customers.
