ChopChop - Rolled Ice Cream & Snacks — Restaurant in Laredo

The place was pleasant, the ice cream was delicious and enjoyable to look at while the made it. It's so awesome that the rolled ice cream actually tasted like what it's supposed to be because they actually chop in the main ingredient. It's only 1 size and 6 rolls in the cup. We tried 4 kinds and we are so gonna return to try the other stuff. Friendly staff. Loved the service and answered my questions. Very clean and well lit establishment. I didn't go in before because when I passed by in the street,I just took quick glances from outside and thought it was just Asian food restaurant but i had to do something in the area and decided to look into it. Super tiny place tucked in the plaza across from the new Vietnam Veterns Plaza. You could get ice cream and walk around the plaza., Like most frozen treat places in Laredo, it smells a little like rotten milk when you walk in. Staff was patient as we called family asking what they wanted. I know we were annoying! Prices seemed steep for a small cup of ice cream but the cup themes were pretty delicious looking. Big thumbs up for the cookie monster from my little critter. Check out coupons online. We got buy one get one 50% off on Tuesday. Each day has a special. This place has GOT TO be the absolute WORST ice cream shop in Laredo, due to their EXTREMELY poor customer service skills. Not only are they extremely rude, stuck up owners and employees, but they also do not follow the health codes by wearing gloves to handle ice cream. Parents, I DO NOT recommend bringing your children to this establishment unless you want them, and yourself, to contract a disease from this poorly handled, and poorly regulated place.
