Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Laredo

Ordered a pizza, came home to realize there was hair in it. Called the store 40 times on my way over there and no answer. I walked in with the pizza and asked for the manager. I asked the manager if they wear hairnets while being in the back and he said yes. As I was going to show him the pizza with hair a guy with hair up to his waist walks back there. Seems to me he was the one making them. His hair was loose. I pointed it out to the manager he didn’t have a hairnet and he proceeded to ask me what was the issue. I showed him the pizza and I pulled the long hair from the cheese and crust. He didn’t know what to say. I demanded my money back. They don’t follow simple protocol in wearing a hairnet. Mainly that guy with the long hair. Since every other guy in that store has short hair but still. Never again will I come here. It was disgusting. A hair can carry dandruff or any other type of thing that can cause anyone to get sick by...

This place has ok pizza. Being from Buffalo NY.....I have high standards for pizza and Little Caesars is only OK. The workers are usually friendly and seem to like their job. The only drawback is this place gets crazy busy and it can take awhile to get your pizza, especially if you order something not already prepared. Then, it's hit or miss if you get an "Extra most bestest" because there is no telling how long it has been drying out. Also, I have had my order given to someone else when i ordered ahead and had to wait 30 minutes for them to make a new order. But, what do you expect from today's teenagers making minimum wage. Still, with young kids at home.....it still can be beneficial to just grab some "Hot and Ready's" and...

Worst experience ever. Place my order and was asked to wait 10 minutes for an order of crazy bread. 15 minutes later had to go back inside the store and to have the person that took my order did not attend to me. A different employee explained the crazy bread order was not place or done. After 7 pm at this hour there was a lot of business. But I asked to speak to the manager and she said your speaking to her. So I asked for a refund and seemed to have bothered her. So she gives me the money. And then did not give no chilli packs or cheese packs and turns around and leaves me there.
