I was going to get food for my family, I waited around 30 minutes in the drive through waiting for someone to take my order, when someone finally came on I ordered but didn't get a response back, I still waited some more then I heard someone say "I already answered them but I didn't get a response." I understand if they couldn't hear or understand me but why not ask again instead of just staying silent for another 10mins. After I finally ordered when I got up to the window the lady asked what I had ordered in a very rude tone and I told her I had ordered the 12 piece special (which was 12 pieces of chicken, 3 mashed potatoes, 6 biscuits, and some jalapeños) She told me there were was going to another 10 min wait for the biscuits to come out and if wanted anything else in place of that. I asked what she had available (already tired from the wait and attitudes) and she said French fries so I took fries instead. I left with my order, only to realize I had only gotten 8 pieces of chicken when I got home. I tried calling the store several times but no answer, so I went back to the store to tell them, and the lady just dismissed us at first, it wasn't until a gentleman can up to us to ask and he gave us the missing chicken. Read moreAs I attempted to place my order via the drive thru, i was attended by such an aggressive and rude demeanor I already knew who it was assisting me with my order. I usually get down and I'm attended by a young lady or an older gentleman both very polite and well mannered. It's always like walking on eggshells when they are not there and the female manager with red lipstick takes my order, I believe her name is Noemi.
As a business owner, your customer service is what determines if a customer will come back to your establishment. How can you have a returning/ satisfied customer when the manager taking your order is filled with hostility, bitterness, and frustration towards the customer.
I can only imagine what the work atmosphere is inside. I ended up getting down instead and attempted to order with her once more but her lack of communication skills, body language, and professionalism sent me. I ended up cancelling my order because her attitude was horrible and I didn't want my food being made with negative energy. Please have someone more friendly taking orders and provide better leadership and management training.
