Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Laredo

So this girl Ana was literally so rude. I promise you she was so confused when I placed my order over the phone. Then I finally arrive to pickup my order and she's very rude and says I don't know if you want to verify your order since they made it clear that they didn't want onions in a very sassy tone. Then I proceed to pay for the pizzas and there system short circuits? So then another girl comes and proceeds to take my card and enter the numbers manually where she then again fails to charge me and says to me that the system is saying my cards numbers are invalid (brand new card btw) and then asks me to swipe AGAIN. The system finally mysteriously works and I immediately check my bank account. Of course I was charged three times. So sad that these individuals around 3 times my age couldn't figure out a simple computer system. Embarrassing. Not only this. I'm speaking PERFECT ENGLISH. I was being spoken to in broken Spanish, but then they'd turn around and speak to their coworkers in English? No need. Very very...

Domino's delivery experiences have all been superb except for this last order. It seems that today's 07/03/2017 driver is not aware of gravity and its effect on items that have weight. He placed both two litter sodas on top of my pizza box. When I opened the box (which had caved in), the pizza was mostly smeared on the inside of the container. I had to scrape out the pizza in order to recover some of it and share the rest with my dogs. For a thirty plus dollars order everything should have been fine. Should I refrain from ordering two litter sodas in the future in order to prevent this? I regret having given a five dollar tip to the delivery person, because this time it was...

If you’re craving a pepperoni pizza, give them a call. Anything else more complicated than that, go somewhere else. I have no idea why they can’t get my order right, my friend’s orders right, or my mother’s orders right. They usually forget entire parts of the order as well. Forget about them doing that whole dominos thing where they bring you the right pizza if they mess up. They’ll just comp your pizza. It’s not about the money. It’s about getting the order right. I used to love this dominos, but times have changed. I’ll go local or little Ceaser’s instead. At least I know I’m getting what I paid for. I hope they fix whatever is wrong because I miss good...
