Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Laredo

It's been years since I've had a perfect experience at hungry howies, and today wasn't one of them either. The pizza is excellent, but something is wrong with the employees. EVERY single time I've visited in recent years, it's always a coin flip of my order getting lost or they forgot something in my order. Recently for one of my orders, the employee gave my order to someone else who had the same first name, while I was waiting in front of the store for my order (they told me it wasn't ready yet, so go wait in the parking lot). The last time I ordered, he couldn't find it, so he had to remake it. Other times if I order the cheese sticks with marinara sauce, they forget the sauce. Or if I order a flavored crust, they forget that too (which happened to me today, that's why I'm writing this review.) Why is it so hard for them to get simple things written on the order slip correct? Its written right there, just use your eyes to check and confirm its all included. Also I can't believe how little bacon they put this time. You could practically count how many pieces of bacon there...

9 pm , made an online order for pick up . Went to the drive thru and no one came to the window . After 5 min of being ignored, I went into the store where I stood for another 5 min while listening to a girl laugh , joke and dance with another employee while another kid was cleaning . Again, totally ignored until I yelled, "helllloooo" !!!! Got my pizza and left very disappointed. Maybe hire responsible people with actual work ethics and I'll change my rating . SMFH 😞.

Dec 8.... Husband ordered 2 pizzas. His was someone else's pizza and mine tasted stale . They had him bring his pizza back to show them it was wrong and remake the one he ordered and they took it back with the intention on giving it to the other customer who it belonged to. The fact that they're not throwing it away or letting us keep it after it's been in my house and touched is absolutely disgusting. To whoever got that pepperoni pizza at about 6:30 tonight.... Here we go again....

The flat bread had no extra cheese and the stuffed bread was burned black . I spoke with the shift leader and after 15 min of arguing about it, she agreed to send a stuffed bread and it was better . This is not the first time we had issues at this location . The Sunday workers are all kids and show no value for work . I showed up to pick up my order about a month ago and no one came to the driveway window . I went inside and no one answered the counter as they were all out back horsing around and paying no attention to anyone in the store to pick up their orders . I had to yell all the way across the store to get anyone's attention and they still left me waiting . Seems like you're going to have to give them some more training and crack down on some people. I'm a local business owner in this community and I can assure you that if any of my employees did those things to my patrons, they'd be fired...
