Tacos Kissi Restaurant — Restaurant in Laredo

I was and yet an upset at some relatives for their prejudice form of giving me a hard time both mentally and physically but the owner has had his parting from such individuals and the restaurant they had changed its name as the owner and founder of these chain restaurants is someone whom I know since I was a teenager and I must admit that money made him humble rather than stuck up and conceited. A public servant at heart whom I am forever grateful with and if ever in my will and power to give him a hand as he did for me when I needed it I shall return that 4 fold or more if God wills. I do apoligize for the way I know he disagrees with my immature reaction towards my relatives but I was raised by the streets and we learned to stand up against these snakes in a different manner and I hope you know Rico if you read my comment that I am yet grateful for the opportunity you gave me and I'll never forget that helping hand you gave me. May God continue to bless you and His mercy cover you through Jesus' blood He shed for our sins now and forever. Thanks man I mean that. They made a big error in my orders, I ordered tacos with core tortillas and I repeated that for every taco I ordered and the waiter wrote that on her check book. I can not eat their flour tortillas for religious reason because they are made with lard. The waiter brought them and all of them were flour tortillas, I started to eat and when I was almost done my wife told me that these a flour tortillas. I called the waiter and she started to act like she does not speak English and she said she do not understand me and started to talk with my wife in English and even she called another waiter and they start to speak in Spanish and reply to us with English. The waiter said that She can replace the the last taco I left and I told her that we do not need anything from her to do. Also I talked with the manager and she knew about the issue. Terrible experience with the service and food. I had ordered a piratacombo, sanchos, and 2 beverages. Had to return once because of an incorrect beverage. Getting home I opened my order with no limes or salsas. My piratacombo looked reheated and poorly served. The frijoles were cold like all the food and the cup was filled half way. The sanchos were soggy and with a terrible presentation as everything was just thrown in the to go plate. I paid about $32 for that order and was very disappointed with the outcome. I went back a second time to get a refund and they did. I have had a better experience with this location’s food in the past but will probably not...
