Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Laredo

Hello I am contacting you regarding a wrong order on the 17th. The store manager was very rude to me wouldn’t resolve the issue and charged me again. I tried to call but your number on your receipt is out of order. Please advise asap. As I am not a local and just work here. I go back home next Monday the 23rd. I already submitted a form to contact jack but this needs to be resolved immediately.

Follow up still haven’t heard back from anyone as I have sent in 2 requests to contact jack. Learn to hire people who speak English....

Im really upset because JITB is supposed to be 24hrs but every night i go after work (mind you i get off at 12 and go at around 12:40) i try to order food through the drive thru and no one answers i drive up to the window and no one is there so I leave it has happened about 4 times already and once I even saw the employees on the counter, yes the lights are always on and there’s one or two cars which I assume are employee cars outside I just want food after a long day of work but I guess 24 hours is a lie or...

Idk what's the issue here but around 10:35pm they took over 30 min for them to bring me 4 tacos and mozzarella Sticks and the both are prepackaged and ready to cook how am I waiting among like 6 other cars this long.

Maybe they are short staffed but you should warn customers that there will be a long wait to help bring your load down until...
