Stopped by today in hopes of some delicious noodles. I ordered the Pho combination (I believe it’s called), it has several “meats” on it. Once I got it, it looked ok but then the smell hit me🤢 I tried my best to get past the smell. I ate a spoonful and took a break then went ahead to add some sauces in the attempt to disguise the smell. I’d hold my breath while trying to eat this thing. I should have just stopped…….The taste was blah and the smell was still in my throat. Yet I was determined to give it a chance. I added some lime and thought this should be good now. But boy was I mistaken again!! I had about 4-6 spoons total. I couldn’t continue. I moved my bowl as far away from me as I could get it to be. The waitress was nice yet didn’t check up on our table not even once. So I couldn’t ask her to take it. Btw she got our order wrong and fixed it, she looked scared and then we understood why. The what I’m assuming “owner” yelled at her in the back and us in the front tables still heard it. Anyway……..my daughter on the other hand is vegetarian so she ordered the one with no meat. She ate about 1/2 of it and said that it just tasted like water with some broccoli and carrots thrown in. Extremely bland and not appealing. I paid and left. It’s been about 20min and I’m now home I still taste/smell it. I’m nauseous and currently sitting in the 🚽 with what some would say food poisoning. Never again!!! P.S as other reviewers said check the charges before you pay…. I got overcharged even tho not very much it was different from the menu price....
Read morei feel bad saying this for any business... but this place needs to be closed down. or completely overhauled. even the waiter was clueless and acted like he didn't want to be there at all. when it comes to the food... i don't think they even cook it. i think it all comes from a frozen bag that they microwave or something. if you ever order the dumplings or crab rangoons, you'll know what i mean. they were sad as heck. i got worried about trying their pho as i saw the people next to us seemed unhappy and pretty much left their bowls of pho intact. so i thought the safe bet would be to order the sesame chicken instead. i was so wrong. i should have known i was wrong in my decision the moment he said let me go check if we still have some.. then comes out to say "oh we have one left" ??? one sesame chicken order left? what does that mean?? did they run out of chicken? is the sesame chicken a bagged frozen meal? well i guess so because wow. i've never seen my boyfriend spit food out before. he did on that first bite 😆 he right away said THIS ISN'T CHICKEN. i told him to calm down and i took a bite. he was totally right. it was mushy and falling apart on the outside and it was like gray inside and looked rotted. i was so grossed out. we immediately paid and left having only taken 2 bites.
the saddest part was that nasty sesame chicken was $12. sesame chicken, dumplings, crab rangoon and a soda. $40 total. now we know why they're begging people for tips. there's no way they're getting repeated customers and making money serving...

You can tell the young waiter is really trying, but his boss was on the phone (on speaker!) the entire time we were there. We had to ask for peanut sauce for the spring rolls (which is supposed to come with) and herbs for the second pho we had. The table was wobbly, we never got refills on our drinks, they messed up one of the orders, and the table was never cleaned from used plates. We also got charged for an add-on item that we never received and no apology from anyone. If the owner were to pay more attention instead of being talking so loudly on her phone the entire time, she would realize the mistakes being made and correct them. Young waiters like this dude need mentorship and good leadership to become better. But if your own boss is on the phone and acting so carelessly, why would you even care to refill the customers’ drinks?
