Marble Slab Creamery — Restaurant in Laredo

Service is not always stellar here but we come for the ice cream. Rated one star because Son wanted a shake. But they were out of milk. Tried to order a cone. But they were out on cones. Ordered a peanut butter mixture ice cream. But they were out of peanut butter. 4 The Marble slab where they do the mixing was out of order. So the mixings were just out on top of the ice cream. Now I understand things go wrong and run out in businesses. One or two things wrong is understandable. But all of the above? Plus who knows what else was out or not...

It says closed at 9:00 pm and people since 8:30 pm had being leaving mad because the employee says is closed! People make trips from their location example south laredo to come but ice cream and to hear is closed is a bad service! I had to go to another ice cream name rolly Polly which is next block from here! Sorry but has a bad service with those employees who wants to leave home early

My little posse and I arrived about twenty minutes before close a couple of weeks ago. The two gentlemen that attended to us provided excellent customer service. It'd been a difficult work day, and the ice cream and friendly services made our night. They were very polite and patient (it had only been my second time at a Marble Slab).

As for the ice cream, I got Chocolate Swisa with M&Ms and Chocolate Chips - it was amazinggggg!...
