Went a while back and ordered food inside. Waited and the guy in front said he was waiting on fries. I watched the fries come out and they started putting them in boxes and bags and sending them to drive thru. Waited 15 mins and the guy taking care of me came from drive thru window where he was just talking to the other working to finally give me my food. Walked out and started going home. Realized they forgot the straws so had to go back. Didn't go back for a while. Decided to give them another try after a few months. Kids wanted wendys. They have their lunch break during this virtual school so I ran to pick up and get home before their lunch break. Upon getting home the kids found they didn't give me anything I ordered. I live 20 mins from there. So I called and they said to come back and get the right order. Kids lunch break would be over by time I get back home with the food. So they had to eat a cold meat sandwich after I done spent $50 on food. Will now drive another 10 mins to the other wendys. I will not return back to this one....

Read moreI'm only giving it 2 stars for the reason that the service has for some reason gotten really unbearably slow and terrible at this one location. Whenever I had a craving for their food before heading home they always had good and fast service at the drive- thru and by the cash register. Now whenever I come by there is only one register open when it's really busy inside and outside there seems to be a queue of cars that almost never moves. Another thing the Wendy's sign and lights are always turned off outside. Looks like it's closed and it's only 8pm. The last time I visited in the drive thru the employees were messing around in front of the drive thru window and once they had my order ready they acted like I was interrupting them when they handed me my food.
