Teriyaki Madness — Restaurant in Laredo

The worst place to eat in Laredo by far….. I got sick Right after I finish eating, I started throwing up all the chicken and all the rice the chicken was undercooked and very burnt. Like the chefs didn’t even know how to cook chicken thighs. It’s not hard to cook chicken that all you serve…. The rice was mushy and the noddles were all hard..! I can’t explain How bad I felt after I ate at this place the food was horrible and the service took forever it’s a new restaurant to Laredo the owner should be ashamed of all his restaurants because he has is the worst reviews in Laredo history ! There was people waiting for more 45 mins just to order their food. The food quality isn’t good at all and they Stated they had filtered water for drinks when there’s a boil notice going on.. It’s probably filtered through a reverse osmosis not even a good filtration. I can continue going, but for what if this isn’t gonna do anything to change the way people are in Laredo very close minded. I would never eat at this restaurant again. We had been contemplating on trying this New place. We all got different teriyaki options but mine was terrible. I got the small teriyaki chicken bowl with white rice and vegetables. When I removed the bowl lid the first thing that my eye picked up was the terrible presentation, the chicken looked as if it had cut with a spoon or taken apart by hand. Not a single piece of chicken was uniformed. The chicken pieces were extremely dark and shriveled which is a clear indication of overcooking. What looked like maybe a half cup of vegetables were way over cooked, wilted and stringy, they had no crunchiness whatsoever. We also ordered a side of potstickers and they were rubbery. Finally was able to get my Teriyaki Madness fix, but did not hit the spot. This has always been one of my favorite places to eat and was sad when I found out Laredo didn’t have a Teriyaki Madness. When I found out we were getting one, I encouraged all of my coworkers to go. Unfortunately, after having it today, I noticed that the rice was mushy and not cooked well. This a complaint that one of my coworkers also had. I noticed that the staff seemed lost and overwhelmed when there were a number of people walking in.
