Wings and Rings — Restaurant in Laredo

Wow what horrible horrible service!! I had the misfortune of getting sat in a section with the worst server ever! This servers name is Gerardo and wow he really shouldn’t be working as a server. We had waited 10 minutes to be greeted and to get our drink order and nothing. I had to flag down the hostess that sat us to get a drink order. Our actual server Gerardo has the audacity to bring us our drinks but yet just dropped them and took off. Not even asking if we were ready to order or apologize for taking so long. Again we wait to get our order taken for about another 15 minutes. In these 15 minutes I see Gerardo running around taking shots with a table that has a group of women. From there he would go to the other side of the restaurant to talk to his baby momma all while the few tables he had were trying to flag him down and when he didn’t notice; those tables ended up taking their anger out on the hostess. We finally got our food 20 minutes later mind you in the 20 minutes that we were waiting he never checked up on us nor got us our refills just stayed talking to his baby momma or taking shots with the other table. In the end the hostess that helped us “Gigi” helped make the experience bareable. I thank Gigi for taking care of my table even though she was super busy handling other tables and to the hostess as well for having to be yelled at by Gerardo’s tables for being a lazy neglectful server. I don’t see myself ever going back nor recommending this...

We went to this establishment this evening looking to eat some wings and enjoy some good music. We got there and hostess said to go ahead and sit where we like then proceeded to just toss our menus onto the table without another word. We then spent the next 30 minutes watching waiters and waitresses look at us, then pretend we weren’t there. Still we waited patiently for someone to serve us. We finally decided to leave when a couple came in and were seated behind us and served immediately by whom I assume was supposed to be our waitress as well. Meanwhile we had been waiting for quite a long while. No one ever came to ask if we had been served yet, not even our drink orders were taken. We watched the way the hostess and waiters/waitresses were interacting with one another and the way their attitudes were towards each other it was clear that we would have gotten nowhere had we let someone know how long we had been waiting. This establishment is really going downhill and it’s such a shame that the horrible attitudes and inattentiveness of the waiters/waitresses/hostesses ruins such a good wing place. How is nothing being done? Looking at all of the recent reviews here it’s become clear that costumer service has been terrible as of late. How has buffalo wings and rings not tried to fix this problem? I used to love this place so much but I don’t think I’ll be going back again. I was really mad at their attitude. customer service sucks! Nobody greeted us but 3 waitresses were just standing overlooking so fast. Overall mood was indifference and madness about bad day. We ordered born wings. The Garlic roasted and habanara sources were like a cheepest taste ever compared to other restaurant. I can tell everything must be made by junkcan food. Now I got known why few visitors there even around dinner time of their promoting day. I don't know maybe some positive reviews the below could be written by the restaurant workers.

The server had no facial expression and very indifferent. She asks like "everything is ok?" with the face like 'please no question'. She cleaned our dishes though we are still eating. Her hand crossed my hand spreading out to food fastly. And she put dishes on the table so laudly. Actually she almost hit trays to the table. It was scratching my nerve. I am so easygoing. I like many restaurants in Laredo. This place was worst ever. I felt regret anout I didn't complain and also about giving her tip.

I won't go back there Laredo already has better wing...
