Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Largo

I absolutely hate this location and it is really sad because this location is brand new but they seem to hire incompetent people. The line is always long. The service is horrible. The managers are horrible. Everyone there is horrible corporate needs to wipe the whole center clean and just hire new people they don’t even want to attend to the line they rather do. Uber eats order and have the line long. Then today they decided to cook my quesadilla wrapped in aluminum foil which they’re not even supposed to do my cheese wasn’t properly melted not even cooked correctly I said something to the black man with the dreads in the front that’s always acting dumb and he told me that they ran out of the things to cook the quesadilla with that’s why she put it in aluminum foil, which I don’t care. I don’t work there nor do I care that you guys ran out of stuff cook my quesadilla the correct way my cheese was not even melted also they so rushy put so much food in the burrito she couldn’t even wrap it properly food and sauce all falling out she just wrapped it in another aluminum foil then had the audacity to go behind her and get a paper towel to wipe the sauce off her gloves instead of changing her gloves I just walked out I will not be paying for improperly cooked food and I will be...

I honestly don’t understand how this restaurant has so many negative reviews. I stopped by the other night and my experience was nothing short of pleasant. From the moment I walked in, I was acknowledged with eye contact and greeted with a warm “welcome to chipotle “ as i’m about to order my food which already set a positive tone. The cashier, a dark skinned young lady, was extremely kind and attentive. I asked for a side of guacamole, and even though she was clearly multitasking and handling several responsibilities at once, she still went out of her way to make sure I got what I wanted and satisfied. Everybody did. It was obvious to me that the staff was working hard, especially with the added pressure of managing a drive-thru on top of the in-store crowd. Having worked in fast food myself, I can truly appreciate the level of patience, efficiency, and customer service it takes to keep things running smoothly in that type of environment. I was honestly surprised by some of the negative comments because my experience at this Chipotle was completely different. People are beyond sick. I visited yesterday, and although the line was long and it was clear the store was a bit short-staffed, the team worked hard to keep things moving. The cashier, in particular, stood out she was juggling the register, assisting with the drive through, even stepping in on the line to make sure customers were satisfied, all while still providing excellent service. In my opinion, she has the work ethic and leadership qualities of someone who should be considered for a management position. The young woman on the line was also very kind and attentive, making sure my food was prepared exactly how I wanted it. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared.
