I have purchased and delivered from this location. There is a very rude seemingly African woman possibly of other decent. She is light skinned and fat. She is very polite to other Africans but very rude to Caucasian people. I think people just tolerate her because she will use a race card to have her way. Very rude none the less. Whenever I see Caucasian customers come to the counter she uses a somewhat monotone voice and with passive aggressiveness asks how she can help them. She doesn't speak like this to anyone that fits her specific racial profile of accepted pixel persuasion. Heeeelooo how Cann I help youuuu. You know. The other day when I was doing a pickup, after I waited over 10 mins for a very small order. She decided to try to impress her neighborhood buddies and be obnoxious to me by putting the takeout delivery way up on top of the cuby shelf online orders go in. While I was standing right in front of her. Instead of handing it to me. I have found in the past those behaviors are usually an attempt to make Caucasian customers feel uncomfortable and singled out so they dont return as customers so other ethnic people can act as if they are most of there customer base so that they can segregate them selves from the majority to take undue credit for business and happenings. She then Looked at her African friends/customers I guess, and turned a blind eye to me after the long wait and rude gesture. They also blocked the way out and were with some really trashy looking Caucasian women. Probably there to buy there bum male friends food because they couldn't afford to pay for them selves after smoking the Marijuana you could smell on them. Also In my experience at this location at night, they have nothing prepared. And,the line just sits there stationery for really extended periods of time. I mean when the dinning closes the people at night are slow as heck. I mean these places get forecasting, to know how much to prep, and order so why is management and team, so incompetent so much of the time, that they can't crank some orders out. I could litterally bring a hibachi grill, set it up, and grill my own burgers outside and sell them and fry my own friesin a deep fryer faster then the staff here crank a single order with a Comercial kitchen. Unless it's high dollar I won't even accept the orders hardly. Because the owner just doesn't do well enough hiring people to own stores. And when delivering the customers will contact you asking if something is wrong. We'll, they suck there is your answer. 1 stars I could go on but there isn't enough space . I called before i got there, and they said the only way they could was if i was in a car or if i asked someone in a car to get me food when i was stranded and no where else was open. When i got there their there was no one in the drive through. I called again and asked if i could of had a employ take my order over the phone and just give them my card. Slip it under the door and just bring me out my food because i didnt eat all day and i was hungry. I work, i make almost 70 hours a week to pay my bills and because i cant afford a car i am refused service as a pedestrian. When this fast food astonishment is one of the only 24 hour stores in my area, most store shut down at 10. I dont even have to come into the loby just stand out side and wait. But insted i have to walk my happy ass a couple miles to get something to eat before i pass out. Its 11:13 pm wed april 26. If yall actually care about the well being of your customers, then you shouldnt only serve people who can afford to go to your drive through. I ride a bike ,walk, or skate bored. The fact that im refused service because im a pedestrian is ridicules, yall had no one in your drive through no one in your store you could of took the time to feed someone in need rather worry about getting written up by your superviser. Ive worked in food service all my life, and never have i seen a employ care more about the security of there employment over the well being of there customers. I commend the Manager at this location because how am establishment runs is a direct reflection on management. Here you'll find friendly fast employees handing you your food that has a higher chance of being correct than all the McDonald's here in Pinellas County. Now you're probably thinking "You lie Chris, from the simple fact that there's no way you could've even been to every McDonald's in the county." And I say, wanna bet?
I'm an Uber Driver and have probably hit every McDonald's in Hillsborough county as well. And as an Uber driver I'm all about saving money wherever possible. So if you don't use the McDonald's app, you must not like money. The deals and rewards you get just by using the app gives you the most money saved out of all it's competitors.
Here's an easy way for you to know what to expect from other fastfood chains like checkers. The higher their prices are the less you can expect to save by downloading their app. McDonald's has set itself a part from all of it's competition and this is reflected in the app. McDonald's cost/prices when compared to places like Wendy's, Checkers and Arby's. Then go a little further by downloading the app and see how much more you save at McDonald's and look at it's competitors I just mentioned with the higher cost/prices and you'll see less savings.
