Today I placed an order and my husband picked it up. As the person was making the order my husband corrected him that the cucumbers were on the wrong bread. The person proceeded to question my husband and make sure he understood he had the ticket with the order and was doing it correctly. Until in fact he realized he was not then corrected his error. My husband stopped and let the man make the sandwiches. Came home, left mine on my desk as I was working and realized he missed pickles and onions on his sandwich. He realized this afyer two bites and opened his sandwich to verify and yes it was missing. My husband usually could car less and I offered for him to take mine odd my sandwich but he said no, then called subway to ask what he should do and the person who answered said bring it in ans we will make you a new one. So he did. As my husband had his sandwich remade this employee sifted through his original sandwich as to verify there were no onions and pickles. He then made sure my husband understood he was a GM and this was the first time, first time, holding his finger up...... That he has made an error.
Unreal. Not a big deal about the sandwich but the way this person responded was extremely unprofessional, immature and unkind.

As he put the 2 sandwiches ready for the .vegetables,I noticed that 1 of them was chicken and the other one was steak. Told him that I had requested 2 steak sandwiches, then knowledge that and said ok. Then the other employee, a lady, asked him what was going on. So, I thought I could take that one too instead of them having to waste it. So,I told the guy that I would take that one, but I also wanted the other stake sandwich that I requested. The guy does not understood and when to the register to charge my order, so I told him that I still wanted the other steak sandwich and the lady got so mad that started telling me that I had to let them know all I wanted from the beginning because they were so busy. I tried to explain to her that her co-worker had screwed up my order to begin with, but she was still going, and the guy didn't even recognize that he screwed up. I originally came in because I thought the Happy Hour promotion was still active, but unfortunately It had ended. I was unsure of what to buy as I rarely go to Subway for sandwiches, I usually just come for cookies, he with out hesitation told me about the new Series sandwiches. He started asking me what items I liked and helped me pair together a perfect sandwich dispite having a picky appetite. I kept apologizing because I felt like I was taking up to much of his time and he told me it was his pleasure to help me. He by far exceeded my expectations with his friendliness, customer service, as well as my overall experience at Subway.
