Had an experience that did not feel great and I tried to reach out to someone to talk about it, but I got nothing.
I came in sometime a couple weeks ago and got a regular iced red velvet with whole milk. They always ask for names for your drink, but this time they had mixed my drink with someone else who had oat milk in theirs. When I first took my sip I thought it had kind of tasted off to me, but I figured it was because it was the first thing I was ingesting that day. I then realized they had given me someone else’s drink so I had to drive back and go get what I originally paid for.
I come back to get it fixed and they knew who I was when I mentioned it at the speaker. I wouldn’t have made this review if it stopped here because I know mix ups happens. BUT, they gave me my original drink that was sitting out for 30 minutes from when I first came. I could tell it was my old drink because when they handed it to me I could see all the built up condensation and that they replaced the old order sticker with a new sticker (for some odd reason, probably to act like they made me a new one)because of the sticky residue that was outside/next to the new printed sticker.
I doubted myself because I thought no way, but when I took a sip it was watered down so it just only confirmed my suspicions. I have to U-turn back in the area because I did not want to settle for this and that I paid $6.42 just to be given my old original drink. I asked for it to be remade and that was that. Again, I tried to reach out to see if someone could’ve helped me with this problem and I got nothing. Sucks, but probably last time I’ll go there and who cares when I’m just 1 person and they don’t look at...
Read moreIm a huge coffee enthusiast and I love trying new coffee shops, I’ve only been here twice, I recently tried their Caramel Brûlée coffee about 4 days ago, it was sooooo good!!! The girl who took my order was so patient, informative, and very sweet to me. I’m not sure what her name is, I should’ve asked! But she took my order the last two times, she is a pretty girl with glasses. I expressed to her that I love the bitter taste of coffee, but I love a side of sweetness that brings out that rich, authentic coffee flavor. She recommended the Cinnamom Toast Crunch, which I did not end up getting, but I will next time I go. The Caramel Brûlée was exactly what I was looking for in a coffee! This time I ordered the Cookie Butter Latte with caramel cold foam, and it was too good! I definitely recommend this place. The breakfast croissant was...
Read moreThis has always been one of my favorite coffee shops. It’s a bit on the more expensive side but it’s always been worth it. The customer service lately has been declining at rapid pace. Today the woman who came up to the window so we could pay exchanged zero words with us. It also seemed like she handed our drinks and food rather aggressive and we were scared to ask for hot sauce. After paying over $30 for two burritos and coffees, I feel like your customer shouldn’t be afraid to ask for a condiment. Very much wish I could take back the tip that was left. I’m not sure if she was sick, or just unhappy, but it has to be one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had at a drive thru window in my life. Not even a hi or here’s your stuff, just...
