Taco Bell — Restaurant in Larned

In the drive thru for over 30 minutes with just 3 cars ahead of me! Just as I was about to pull out of line and leave the line started moving. I stayed and what a big mistake that was. The lady working the window looked like she hadn't showered in a week. Her attitude was as nasty as she looked. She was very rude and didnt seem to care. My burritos were cold and nasty. I ordered two cheesy potato burritos. They were not fresh, the potatoes were dried out and hard to chew. I could not finish the 1st one and just threw away the second one. I had nothing else to eat that day. I felt sick almost all day until I vomited up the partial burrito I had ate many hours earlier. I will never spend a dime at this location again. The staff are pathetic, so is their service. I hope the inspectors show up here soon and shut...

There were 4 cars in line when we arrived. The one ahead of my car left and the car ahead of him had not gotten their order yet. We had already been in line for 10 min. I finally get to the window and had to tell them that the guy ahead left and that wasn't my order, finally got that figured out after he took 5 min to delete the order of 4 tacos. I should have just bought the tacos. Then it took another 10 to 15 min to get our order, then there was no cheese on the tacos we ordered. It was awful customer service, not going back ever. Can't even go on lunch bc they take up a person's whole lunch break and no one has time for that....

Stopped here to get dinner on my way home because my kids were hungry, we should have waited till Great Bend.... The chicken quesadilla hardly had anything on it, so I figured I'd try the crunch wraps. I pulled them out of the bag and they felt really light. They had a decent amount of lettuce, but that was about it.... They hardly had any meat and the sour cream and cheese were pretty much non-existent. Then my wife opened the tacos and they barely had lettuce but worse yet there was almost no meat on them! This was a complete waste of money, what I got was worth 1/4 of what I paid. Definitely won't make that...
