Even when your order is repeated back to you exact and you confirm they still can't get it right at the window and argue with you about what you ordered. Even though you have your 17 year old daughter with you and she too said they repeated it back exactly how you ordered it. Then tried to tell me well we didn't have such and such on the order and didn't "charge you" well charged me or not I got 4 meals 3 meals with shakes (2 mint chocolate and 1 jamocha to be exact) instead of soda and 1 meal with a coke and I only have 2 shakes in my car what I thought was 1 jamocha and 1 mint chocolate and no coke! Finally got my other mint chocolate and my coke. When I got home what I thought was Jamocha was not it was chocolate! Which by the way was nothing but vanilla with chocolate syrup mixed in it. We went around again but the line was extremely long. We pulled into a parking spot and went to the door. The employees all looked at him at the door, then turned around and walked away. No statement to him at all, just ignored him. He then went to the window (on-foot) and let the manager know what happened. Instead of apologizing and giving him my sandwich she just kept telling him to step away from the window and argued with him. He told her to just get him my sandwich.
