Caliche’s Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Las Cruces

We've gone a couple of times, usually the custard is good and my family will go as a special treat because it can be expensive for a larger family. We went today and got large smoothies but later found out we were only given a regular size instead of the large we had paid for, so pretty disappointing to find that out after we had already left. Just be wary when going and confirm you received the right size, especially since the cups are not labeled so it is hard to tell.

What a letdown Caliche's Frozen Custard has become! Once a treasured treat, now a blatant rip-off. I've gone from scooping up creamy, delicious custard to digging into half-filled cups of overpriced disappointment.

Their prices have skyrocketed, but the portions? They've nosedived to half their cup size. Once beloved specials now also come with less than half the toppings. It's as if they're using less than half the ingredients but charging double the price. 🙄

Second time giving this place a chance and again, there is no espresso taste in my Adobe Mudd and the custard is already melting when being handed out the window.
