We ordered and paid through the app and then drove to pick it up. When we checked in, it wasn’t too long before our board said Annessa was on her way with food. She brought the food, said, “have a good evening” and walked away. We checked our bags to make sure the order was correct, before driving off and good thing we did as we were missing two shredded pork bacon burgers. We pushed the button and someone answered. We told them what happened and he said, “My apologies. The server was supposed to tell you that we were out of those burgers.” Yeah, well she didn’t, and we could’ve driven away ripped off of $15 in food and then had the Inconvenience of having to drive all the way back, just to be told the same thing. I told the person that and asked him to send out a manager so I could express my displeasure. He said he was the manager and his name was Robert). I asked him if he would throw in a free peanut butter bacon shake for the rude service and inconvenience. He ignored my request 3x and kept asking what we wanted to replace the burgers with. Once we picked the burgers we wanted to replace them with, I asked him again if he would throw in a free shake and he said, “no, I will not.” I then told him to please give us a refund and come get his trash (food). He did so, and I told him again how unprofessional and rude the service and his management skills were. He apologized and we drove off. Now! What corporate/business would be happy enough to know that their manager pissed off some customers because they “accidentally” tried to rip us off of $15, AND THEN wasn’t even kind enough to make up for it with a $4-$6 shake. Instead, he’d rather refund us $45, that we took to Wendy’s instead, and then risk a bad review AND a stubborn customer that won’t return. Read moreWorst service EVER! Pressed the red button and sat for 20 minutes watching vehicles go through the drive through cars pulling into stalls next to me and order and nobody had taken my order. Finally the screen says Joshua is on his way with your order and I hadn't even ordered. I explain to Joshua and he apologized, then told me would get someone to take my order. A little over 10 minutes now and I start to back out to leave and I hear the speaker, I pull back in and say finally, it's been almost half an hour. No response, just silence. I ask him if he is there and he says yes. I order my Blast and he gives me the price, I asked him no apologies? But he's already gone with no apologies ..I pay with my card then wait. It's taken me about ten minutes to type this and I'm still sitting here and haven't received my order.. Then finally another male gets on the speaker and asks me, "May I take your order? Read moreWe have visited this Sonic twice in the last week. Both times were awful. On our first visit we ordered a root beer float, a chocolate shake and a couple other items. They did not bring out the root beer float, when I asked where it was they said they don’t have any root beer. Didn’t even offer a refund, I had to ask for something else and the carhop left in a huff but did eventually bring out the replacement item. The chocolate shake wasn’t blended, nor did it have the whipped cream and cherry on top. Thought maybe it was just a bad night so we went back a couple days later. Ordered a slush and a pup cup. Was told one total at the speaker, get to the window and the price is a dollar higher. Instead of the usual whipped cream pup cup, we were given ice cream. Went back around to the drive thru and the manager comes out and says sorry they don’t have whipped cream. Never told us that when we ordered. This place has gone so far downhill I don’t know how they stay open. So sad to see most Sonics...
