Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Las Cruces

I’m really disappointed! We waited over 30 mins in a busy line and they made my drink totally wrong. I ordered a Vanilla Chia-substitute Almond- with 2 shots of coffee, half-and-half milk, but they forgot the coffee. The lady asked if I wanted them to remake it, I said yes please, and this time they forgot the Chai because it was a Vanilla Latte of some sort, definitely NOT Almond and I'm pretty sure they used skim milk because it was not good at all. I was really excited that I had the opportunity to get Dutch Brothers Coffee because I had only ever had it once before and it was really good. This time, it was totally disappointing, and I don't think I'll go back because it was a negative and expensive experience. Side note: this caused an argument because of the amount of time it took to wait in line and make everything, which almost made us late to my daughter's softball game. It was supposed to be a treat and fun but was the total opposite. About 30mins later, at the game, my husband and daughter threw their barely-drunken Dutch Brothers coffee drinks away and said they just didn't taste right, something about the milk in both of them was "off" and didn't taste right. Dutch Bros on Main in Las Cruces.

Let me start off by saying the young lady who took my order was great. But the car in front of me which I believe is a Dutch bro employee ordering her drink (100% sure she is an employee because she took the order pad and proceeded to type in her own order and hand it back to the young lady who was working outside.)

Once this girl was at the window to pick up her order, she decided to carry on a 5 min conversation with the employee at the window while serval cars were behind me waiting. And this was after she had already received her drink.

I am contributing this action was taken because I blew my horn at her to move forward as the driver before her had already pull off 30 seconds ago. She knows who she is because this girl kept turning around a looking at me.

The young lady who was outside taking orders, I stop her and requested if she can bring my drink to my car since the young lady in front of me at the window had no urged to move anytime soon

The day shift has been making the drinks watered down and very milky got the golden eagle late afternoon and was delicious on a Thursday could taste the coffee but returned the next day and day shift made it too milky feel like I’m drinking 2 % milk with caramel.
