Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Las Cruces

On October 28, 2021 my girlfriend and I decided to go to a wienerschnitzel located on 2800 N. Main Street. Las Cruces, New Mexico to get some late night food around 11:15 pm. According to Google and to the times posted on the drive thru window (not to mention the drive thru open sign) the location was still open and serving customers.

Upon arrival we waited in at the speaker box hoping to order but we were never greeted by anyone. We were unable to order anything and we were truly disappointed in this late night adventure.

As we turned the corner, you can clearly see that there is an employee who was there inside of the store and was not helping us nor the other customer behind us.

I have attached photos and videos in this email so that you may see the poor customer service experience that we received from this store. Whether it was just us two as customers or multiple, there is no reason to why we were not given...

Use to love going to Wienerschnitzel! Not anymore! On this occasion, it had been a long day and decided to pick up an order to go. The girl in the drive-thru window was not very happy. Bad day perhaps? Needless to say, the bag was literally thrown at me. I tried to ask a question but was ignored. So, I drive off and go home. Upon getting home, I find that the order is all wrong. Items are even missing, so I call and ask to speak with a manager. The woman who answered the phone states she is the manager and that her name is, Angie. I explained to her what all was wrong and she very harshly stated there was nothing she could do. I couldn't believe my ears! So I asked to speak to the owner. She stated she wouldn't (couldn't) give the number. I asked to speak to another manager, and she said, "call back in the morning, bye!"

Unbelievable that this place is even still in business! Avoid...

I've always been a wienerschitzel food fan since I was a kid. But I've gotta say. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down(and I'm not just speaking about the schnitzels restaurants) Im speaking on all the different restaurants. It's kinda sad. Since the pandemic it seems like the employees don't really care and it's mostly the younger generation that runs them now. Kinda like they don't value thier work ethics as the older generation did. As a younger person I worked hard to become a manager. Hell, I ran donut shops as a younger teen and by the time I was 18 I was running pizza shops. There was more honor in what we did back then. Ok, sorry for my sob story. I'm still a wienerschitzel fan but it's just not appealing to me as it was back in the day. The chilling are sloppy and there's not much care into making them anymore.
