This caffe shop used to be my favorite dunkin donuts caffe shop until today. The guy who was working on the caffe machine was very rude, treating customers in inappropriate manner when he thought he was a cool guy and behaved spontaneously. Although his attention was to speed up the process, he was making everyone nervous by his attitude . We were lined up waiting to make our orders at the cash register when he started to shouting asking If someone wanted to order a drink before we got to the cash register. His facial expression and hand signs were inappropriate. When some customers decided to step in based on his request, He often raised his voice while speaking to them. I could see a wondering smile drawing on their faces as soon as they finished talking with him, like “what’s wrong with this guy!”, that gave impression like they felt they were like under integration. He asked me if i was here for a drink and I told him “no”, and when I later changed my mind and decided to include a drink with my order at the cash register, he behaved weirdly with me, talking to me inappropriately and suddenly interrupted me by changing his attention to another customer when I was still talking to him. Read moreI don't normally write reviews, but I feel like I need to make an exception in this case. Never before have I ordered something from an establishment, been told "Ok, you got it," and then been given something completely different because they were out of what I ordered, but thought I was too stupid to notice that it wouldn't taste the same. That happened to me today. It's actually happened to me before at this very same Dunkin' Donuts location, but I chose not to make a big deal about it at that time. If you are currently out of an item, please let your customers know so that they can order something different (maybe they have a back-up drink) or not order anything at all. Really poor customer service.
My other complaint is that when I do order my usual (iced coffee with cream and caramel) it never seems to be made the same way. I don't understand this. Aren't they trained to make it the same way every time? Sometimes I can't even taste the caramel and other times is so incredibly sweet that I can't even stomach it. Very seldom is it just the way it's supposed to be. I guess I'm going to have to spend the extra dough and go to Starbucks from now on....
Read moreI love Dunkin donuts. It's only affordable and usually it's very quick in regards to getting my order. Today on the other hand was not a good experience at all. I placed a mobile order for a large matcha with less ice, as I work and sometimes I can take hours before I get to enjoy my drink. I purposely order it with less ice so that when I get to drink it it's not watered down and gross. I order my drink, I go in about 7:40 to pick it up, and it is filled with ice. I asked the employee if it is less ice just to double-check, and I am told "I promise you it's less ice". I then leave, as I was informed it was less ice, and 5 minutes later the drink is gone. I looked at the side of the cup and it is filled completely to the ice line which makes me think that it was filled normally with ice in the employee that told me it was less ice was either misinformed or too busy to listen to my concerns. I don't know if in order to get my less ice I need to order in person, or if I need to start ordering it without ice and bring my own. It's just really disappointing when you spend $5 for a large drink and you don't even get the right...
