Fidencios Mexican Food — Restaurant in Las Cruces

This place is disgusting . They barely speak English and when I said clear as day GREEN CHICKEN ENCHILADAS they proceeded to serve me red never told me anything just charged my card. I try not to be that person at the drive thru taking up time looking thru their bag so I drove off and went all the way home . Got home and saw they were red chicken . I never eat that. So I said okay oh well I paid for it I’ll eat it anyway . I took two bites and felt like throwing up. I called the store to tell them I wanted to return my order and get a refund and both ladies decided to argue with me. Had they listened to me at the ordering board when I said GREEN we wouldn’t even be in this situation. They should have said then they only serve red and I would have never gotten enchiladas. They’re so quick to talk over you and quit honestly I don’t even think they understand English fully. Since they can’t seem to have someone work there that can speak and understand English enough to the orders correct I will never go there again . Don't just say okay and stop listening. Ask if they want anything else. Read back the whole order at the end. Working drive thru is not that hard.

Today, I ordered 2 burritos, she says okay and stops listening. I had 2 more burrito and a drink to order still. I wait for her to come back to order the rest. I tell her my 4 burritos and horchata. By some miracle she tells me my 4 burritos back. I again say and a horchata, she says "yeah yeah yeah". Get to the windows she tells me a total, I pay. She hands me 4 burrito and my card back. No horchata, I ask again and she says she only charged for the burritos.

I get home and my 2 cali bacon burritos have no bacon and are just potato & egg.... that old lady should NEVER take orders. I eat there at least once a month, but won't be going back for a very long time now.

They have the best burritos! I love their Chile relleno burrito and their breakfast burritos are huge and great!. Everything that I have tried is wonderful! It is not the exact tex-mex style that is served in many restaurants in this area. It is more Mexican-style. But do not let that deter you from trying the food. We used to drive from L.C. to Hatch to get it as I find it addictive! It is made when you order with fresh ingredients and you get huge portions for a great value! The restaurant itself appears old but I've never noticed any cleanliness issues. The staff is always friendly and has always been very helpful if I have had any questions.
