Great staff! Pobrecitas have to happily serve people this stuff though. Your staff is amazing. Anyways the quality of the chocolate used there is cheap kind of waxy. Like those cheap Easter egg chocolate candies. The paletas aren't flavorful they just try to cover that up with dipping the paleta in cheap chocolate and cereal. It's what we call cochinadas. Try the paletas themselves. Vague flavored paletas especially the ones that arent cream based, your fruit based paletas need help. A cheap gaudy take on paletas, good idea but the quality is lacking. I can see if they used quality chocolate to dip them in. It all tastes like sweetened wax, like those cheap foiled easter chocolates. People do go there come on its time to give them a higher quality chocolate/paleta you know you can afford it. Of course people are going to buy it coz its sweet and dipped in cereal they think its cool/gourmet but they dont know any better/have never tried a quality paleta/agua. A+ on how colorful everything is though. They try to make interesting aguas there but they need some help from someones grandma....

I was so confused with the menu on the items were listed. 100% new there and had to ask a worker about what was the ice cream and she did have an attitude acting like if I know what they are which I asked for description exactly. Asked what I wanted ( which is a milk shake)but my order was made from another worker as the female worker was with my bf making his drink. The girl asked my bf if he wanted chocolate in his drink as he said yes and they put it in mine (which I canât have milk chocolate!). I was so confused and so disappointed with the service that nobody was communicating with me and I had to leave while my bf paid for it and we were so disappointed in the drinks also. Itâs so upsetting that Iâm seeing everyone pictures they get to see the display on what there getting while Iâm here I have to go through the menu to be guessing which is which. Never...
Read moreCame here having never eaten Paleta style ice cream before, so I was attempting to ask questions but received no straight answer from either of the staff on how the process works. There isn't a menu or anything and there were no paleta displays so it was extremely confusing. Decided to go with a medium mangonada and medium shake and the total came out to 23 dollars which is kind of ridiculous. The Mangonada was a watery mess with way too much tajin and Chamoy that made it just taste like I was eating straight powder with zero hints of sweetness at all. I wasn't asked if I wanted any toppings with the shake so it was alright but pretty bland and way too expensive for what I got.
Overall felt like an overpriced and...
