WeCare Repair — Local services in Las Cruces

I have an iPhone 11 and when I first went in to see how much it’ll be he quoted me $105. When I went back today to get it fixed and told him he quoted $105 he said he would “never say that” it’s $115 for an iPhone 11. Do they make up prices on the spot? He did say he would meet me in the middle at $110 which would have been fine if it wasn’t for his rude demeanor. Seemed like he didn’t care, had a “whatever” attitude so I took my business somewhere else and got fixed for even less. So in way thanks 👍

Leave out details?? I never said I had an iPhone xr. Why would ask for that if I don’t even have that kind of phone? You're making up stuff that didn’t even happen at this point to save face. I grabbed my phone back because you had a disgusting attitude to begin with when you approached us at the kiosk. “WeCare” repair…. Seemed like you didn’t care at all, why would I want to take my business there to begin with? Also the person I was with, my mother, asked nicely? Wasn’t even rude about to begin with. It doesn’t matter what you respond to at this point. You do what you need to do to “save face” although having a not so disgusting attitude from the start may help a lot with potential clients in the future. People will see it for themselves at the end of the day....

I don’t recommend ….. I went to this place to get my back screen and speaker. First time when I left the shop I noticed a huge gap between my phone and the back glass and I went back and told him about it and didn’t want to do anything about it so I asked him, how can we make this work out since I didn’t want to go home with this gap on my phone he told me I can buy the iPhone shell thing so I did and charge me 200 over this was in August and towards the end of October my speaker stopped working again (now both of speakers I literally have to use AirPods most of the time to be on a call) and now my gps doesn’t work, my flash light and back camera 😅definitely don’t recommend I should I of taken pictures of my back glass but I was to worry about my phone (this was done on a iPhone 13) and also he will make up any excuse just so he won’t fix...

I can’t say enough about Diego and his shop! My purse got stolen and they destroyed my brand new iPhone 16 when they chunked it out of a moving car. I did not have insurance on my phone so our mobile carrier could not help. I talked to Diego and while he was not able to repair it due to it being so new and materials weren’t available yet, he went out of his way to help me. He helped me figure out apple care and even helped me make an appt with apple. He was kind, helpful, compassionate, even though he wouldn’t be financially compensated in any way. I’m so thankful for his help. If you are looking for an honest and good human to help with your cell phone repair, I cannot encourage you enough to go so Diego at WeCare Repair...
