Golden Corral Buffet & Grill — Restaurant in Las Cruces

Called today because i have a free coupon for a free birthday buffett and i dont have access to a printer today which i told the cashier over the phone i askd if i can show the coupon that i recieved on my phone it has a coupon number and tells u what the coupon is for if i present my phone and show u the coupon is that ok she said no it has to be printed out i said can u plz ask the mgr if i can use the coupon and she said well ok I could her here breathing on the phone and she got back on the phone and said the mgr said no you can not use the coupon 2day. I said u never even askd the.mgr because i could hear u on the phone breathing .Talk about rude and lieing to a customer. This particular cashier has been so so unpleasant to my father and I when we eat there and they seem to have her as there only casher majority of the time and she is so rude but is friendly to people of her own race meaning people that are not born in american but mexico.The Golden Corral of las cruces needs to take her off the register and put her in the back to wash dishes or clean the toliets. Because with the poor people skills she has its rude and racist of her to pick and choose whom she wishes to be pleasant to. Although the place was packed with nearly every type of age group you could imagine, the food never seemed to run out or for the taste to suffer. Trust me, I ate from almost every station. I was sitting with a party of 7 so just us would have been busy but our waitresses were great in constantly taking away dirty dishes and making sure we had everything we needed. The bathrooms were also very clean, even the mirror wasn't dirty. My only complaint would be the sweet tea. When my family first walked in we all mostly got sweet tea. It was so good, I practically drank my first cup before I even sat down. Naturally I asked for a refill, and out waitress went to the areas refill station. The whole time I sat there I had 3 refills, all of them unsweetened tea. However I was not the only one to experience this. Ended up having to ask for a soda. Regardless the overall experience was great; Food was great, everyone was nice, bathrooms were clean. I will warn you, it is a tad on the pricier side of the scale. You should estimate about $12 per person, so make sure you go with an appetite to feel like you got your monies worth. If you're not in the mood to sit in, I know you can also take it to go. Very accommodating! I went because I had called ahead of time asking for liver and onions. I was told it was on the menu. When I got there I searched for it only to find they were all out and no more would be served for dinner as it was a lunch item. I asked one of the waitresses who actually talked to the cook who was searing steak at the time, who was very willing to make me a serving size personally for my dietary needs. It was deep fried which was a new method but I tell you what, it was deeeelicious! Great job sir! All of the staff I met there were smiling and happy and so kind. I was greeted from the front all the way to my exit. I even enjoyed my conversation with the waitress who helped me to get my liver and onions. Thank you so much for making my visit there exceptional! Also this was my first time coming here and although I got my food to go I was able to tour the food bar and some of the restaurant and I can said it is a well kept facility.
