Let me ☺️ start by writing this.. We came to this specific Mattress Liquidators off 315 S. Telshor in Las Cruces NM!!! Looking for a mattress...not anything specific.. Just inquiring for a future purchase. Not certain if my daughter was going to be able to qualify due to her just starting to build her credit, for when she wanted to purchase. Javier was the sales representative whom greeted us as soon as we walked in the store. Kindly took the time to educate us about the several mattress we were looking at. He was very professional and polite informing us and guiding us through our cruze. Gave my daughter several options if she did decide to make a decision to purchase he would help her apply with financing to get the mattress she had her heart set on. Señor Javier was another gentleman whom was diligently working on a computer whom was very informitive and also had some different suggestions on the process of developing the decision to purchase or not. Talk about inhale and exhale final choice was of course my daughter's investment to say yes to purchase the mattress of her choosing if she qualified via 12 months no interest!!! Done deal 🤝 It was such a great delight to see my second born get qualified and make her first big personal purchase with the assistance of these Awsome gentleman Victor Y Javier!!! Fantastic service! We walked in and were greeted promptly. They asked us what we were looking for and were able to show us many models. Victor showed us a few models & actually had us try them out whilst he used remotes to show hs movable bases. He thoroughly explained the technology of each mattress we were interested in so we understood the differences of what we were looking at. We actually settled on something we never thought we could afford. They gave us a remarkable deal and were able to accommodate our desires with our budget restrictions. A 0% interest rate finance so we could get exactly what we were dreaming of without breaking the bank. They also allow you to try mattresses in home and return them in good shape if you want to exchange them. Super bummed. I spent a ton of time looking at different mattresses at different stores and ended up settling on one with mattress liquidators. I should’ve known better to have asked about their return policy, because apparently they don’t have one. It’s been about five months since I purchased my bed, which was definitely not cheap (about $1700), but here I am stuck with it since I didn’t ask their policy. The bed I purchased is awful, uncomfortable, and has already formed indentations, as if I have been using it for years and years. I’ve already thought about rotating the bed to see if the other side’s more comfortable, which shouldn’t be the case for a brand new bed. I’m currently looking at how I can sell it even though I know I’ll be taking a loss. I definitely do not recommend this place....
