I accidentally ordered $6 worth of food on the app. I couldn't go get it because I was at work and ordered it by mistake. Haley on the phone assured me that the next day I could bring my phone and get my order replaced. Great. I worked 16 hours the next day. My partner came and went to pick it up for me, which I called beforehand and informed them so. His card is the one on the app used to purchase the food but I forgot to send him with my phone. Understandable, but he came back furious because a female manager was rude to him. She wouldn't compare the card even though she knew he was the right person. She wouldn't budge. Over $6. I get it, fine. He comes back, on foot, and is upset. I call and Haley is immediately defensive stating he didnt bring the phone and repeating herself over and over in a very infantile manner. I was attempting to address the rudeness but she spoke over me a grotesque amount, refusing to let me ask why my partner thought she was abusive. Simply would NOT let me ask. Worst manners on the phone and when I gave up and asked her why she was interrupting a customer stated "the customer isn't always right" on a recorded line. Then I REALLY gave up because I could tell it was personal at this point, I asked Haley multiple times for the information to contact the corporate offices, to which she refused, multiple times.. Had two abusive phone calls over a $6 app order. She doubled down on needing a screenshot. I asked if I could send it to anyone there in the store to just get my refund and then- get this- she couldn't help me without the card... His card... That she refused to look at when he tried to show it to her multiple times! Have never seen a worse case of a "McManager" in Las Cruces. Refused to let me speak to another manager. I was calling from work, where I am a hospitality specialist, and have been for a decade. I give free $100 rooms for small mistakes because it is the right thing to do. I do not think expecting a manager to be cordial and helpful is a stretch, and I do not believe Haley was either. Haley didn't know her own store number when asked, had to ask someone, but wouldn't let me speak to the person who KNEW anything. Flat out refused to provide me with the information. Completely petty and childish behavior over $6. Not even worth the refund to not have to be abused by that young woman again. I will be saving a copy of this review to send in at attachment in my email to the corporate office/GM, as well as a screenshot of the $6 order that this started with. My place of business is immediately door to yours, and I will now be forced to tell my guests about this ridiculousness when they ask me for dinner recommendations, as I am uncomfortable sending them there...
Read moreFood is ok. Same mediocre mcdonalds food we all are used to. The staff was particularly dumb today. The first lady couldn't tell if our coupon code for a free drink took the price of the drink off. The second lady couldn't make an ice cream cone and seemed particularly upset that I was literally a penny shy of the total, and I didn't want to break a 100 dollar bill...The last lafy, who made our ice cream cones handed the first one to me perfectly fine, then proceeds to stick the second one in my hand, ice cream first....So I got to grab a fistful of soft serve, and looked at me like I was the stupid one for holding my hand out to take it from her. Not my fault she wasn't looking. The second lady, who apparently is getting the penny docked from her pay from the look on her face, was super upset that she got told to do something after she finished taking my order. Then she got yelled at by the manager for not clearing the order screen and getting 4 I've cream cones made when there was only supposed to be 2... The head doesn't know what the ass is doing here apparently. But I guess you can't really expect more from one of the worst rated fast food...
Read moreI went to this location for lunch today for my family. I ordered three happy meals for my toddlers. They gave me two and when I said I was missing one they asked for my receipt which I happily provided. Then I waited for a couple minutes and they gave me the third happy meal. Upon arriving home to eat, I’m handing out the chicken nuggets only to find the third four piece box had no nuggets inside. Instead it had a huge squirt of mayonnaise! I am beside myself. It’s not okay to mess with peoples food in general but to play a prank involving a child's meal is flat out unforgivable. I did call and speak to the assistant manager who was kind and apologetic and said she would replace the meal. However I do not want a replacement, I will never return to this location again. I feel the person who did this should at the very least be sent home for the day and receive a write up. If this person is willing to do this what else are they willing to do to my food...
