Asia Bites — Restaurant in Las Vegas

This was my first time ordering from here it had good reviews and good prices I made the order at 4:35 and got a email it would be delivered by 5:04pm a couple minutes later I got a updated email that said it would be 80 minutes and delivered until 5:50pm. I got the email that my order was out for delivery and on the way. I live 7 minutes from the restaurant. After 25 min I called to see where the order was and was told it was on the way 15 min later still no food I called again and asked to cancel my order and get a refund at this point the food is no longer fresh and I didn't want it. There was a language barrier and I was told someone would call me for the refund and then the phone hung up, A couple minutes later I got a call from a man again a little of a language barrier but I explained I no longer wanted the food and just a refund he said I called the wrong location let him know I did not as the lady had my name and order I repeated a few times I wanted a refund he kept discussing with a Co working in another language so unsure what was said he then just said ok and hung up on me like 5 min later the food showed up I told the driver I did not want it and explained I asked for a refund she said she was only the driver and didn't know.
