Update this location is nothing like it used to be. I actually absolutely despise it. I am not a mean person and don't like to speak down on others but the actual only way I can describe the workers here are complete idiots! They don't know how to take orders, and the way that they direct the customers and traffic at this location is sometimes infuriating. They will watch you pull in completely ignore you and take an order from a car in the opposite lane. When I see this happening and I notice that a car has pulled in before me, I redirect them to take their order first but of course I notice often other people do not do this and I don't blame them. Most people use drive-thru services so that they may get in and get out. So although it is the decent thing to do and let the workers know that someone came before you, I can imagine most people want to get through the line as soon as they can. Most of their drinks aren't as good until you begin to use some of their added ingredients or toppings and at this location quite often they get my drink wrong or don't give me what I ordered or paid for. So it's not just the individuals taking the order but also those making the drinks. I used to really like this location. Some of the staff here are cool but I really miss the old crew. I don't often move hastily due to my emotions, but today after experiencing the rep ignore me as I pulled in just to take an order from the opposing as the car clearly pulled in minutes behind me and although there was already a rep taking orders in that lane, I just left and got my morning pickup somewhere else. I don't think I'll be coming here as much as I used to they are also starting to be just as expensive as Starbucks with less flavor so I may just start racking up my points there 😞. This was how I felt 3 years ago ... Love this place, if you get a brew make sure to get it "picture perfect" it makes the drink taste like mocha magic in your mouth lol, seriously. I am writing to provide feedback regarding a series of recurring issues we have encountered at one of your locations. While the establishment's geographical placement is notably convenient, our recent visits have regrettably been marred by significant inconsistencies in service and product delivery.

On our most recent visit, we experienced a particularly unsatisfactory incident. My husband was served a beverage in a compromised cup, which subsequently failed, resulting in the drink spilling across his legs and the interior of our car. We were disappointed that no immediate assistance, such as an offer of napkins or an apology, was extended to help address the situation. Concurrently, my own order, a 'hopscotch protein latte,' was incorrectly prepared for the second attempt, and its composition did not align with the product description.

These instances are unfortunately not isolated; we have consistently experienced errors with our drink orders over multiple visits. Such recurring discrepancies have significantly impacted our perception of the service quality at this specific branch.

We subsequently chose to visit your Cheyenne Torrey Pines location, where we consistently receive impeccably prepared beverages and experience exemplary customer service. We believe this positive experience at another one of your establishments highlights the potential for improvement at the aforementioned location.
