Aware Coffee — Restaurant in Las Vegas

To be brutally honest- We love the coffee from this place, hence why we used to visit every week and sometimes even twice a week, but the customer service recently has left me no desire to return. Today, I called in to place my usual order, despite the fact that there has been times when the phone has rang endlessly and without an answer- it's the only way to place a call ahead since ordering app has been out of service...anyway, I arrived and no one was at the counter. I stood there a minute and nothing, no bell to ring, I could only hear all the talking behind curtains, another customer felt bad for me and yelled out "excuse me" and still no one came to check the front, I ended up calling again to have the phone ring and lure someone out from the back, the young lady that came out said nothing more than "Can I help you"? I informed her I had been waiting for help to pick up my order and her reply was "oh okay, perfect" She rang me up as my order was the only order..there was nothing else..I do have to say that Nick and another of the guys here are phenomenal- I come so often, they know my name and usual order but unfortunately when they aren't around, the lack of customer service or acknowledgment of customer presence leaves little to zero desire to return. I hope that management sees this and cares enough to look into it before it drives others away- they do have excellent coffee! Highly recommend their...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this hidden gem in Las Vegas, and it has quickly become one of my absolute favorite places in the city. From the moment you walk in, the staff's warm and friendly welcome makes you feel like you've found a home away from home.

Their selection of lattes is a true delight. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of unique flavors on offer. I’m glad we got there when we did, because 5 minutes after we placed our order, a line started to form. Service is good, but the wait to get your drink is a little long. Might be because it’s a holiday and they’re short staffed? It was our first time here but we will definitely come back to try other drinks.

We had the chocolate mochi donut which was very good. The chewiness of the donut rivals Paina cafe’s, which is the standard of mochi donuts in Vegas in my opinion.

For coffee, I ordered the Vietnamese cold brew. Now, I’ve never had Vietnamese coffee before and had no idea it was sweet. Like really sweet. I have an aversion to sweet drinks so I will have to order a different drink next time.

My wife got the matcha canela cold cap and really liked it. She said it was the perfect amount of matcha-ness.

They also have boba milk teas which we will definitely try next time, and some breakfast food too. We will be back for sure!
