Alright, let me tell you about my experience at In-N-Out, First off, the folks working there are just so darn friendly. From the moment you walk in, they welcome you with genuine smiles and a real desire to make sure you have an awesome time. They take the time to listen to your order and make sure they get it just right. It's nice to see people who genuinely care about their customers. Now, let's talk about those burgers. Oh my goodness, they're out of this world. I'm talking about juicy patties that are cooked to perfection. Each bite is an explosion of flavors that will make your taste buds dance with joy. And those fresh toppings? Crisp lettuce, tangy pickles they really take things to the next level. But let me tell you, it's their secret sauce that seals the deal. It's like a flavor bomb that ties everything together in the most delicious way. And don't even get me started on the fries. They're golden, crispy, and oh-so-addictive. You can tell they're made with care. Plus, watching them cut the potatoes right there in front of you adds a little something extra to the whole experience. To top it all off, In-N-Out serves up some seriously scrumptious shakes. Creamy, velvety, and available in classic flavors like chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla, they're the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth. The vibe at In-N-Out is chill and inviting. It's got this cool retro vibe that makes you feel like you've stepped back in time. The place is clean, the service is efficient, and it all adds up to a great dining atmosphere. All in all, In-N-Out is a burger joint that hits it out of the park with amazing flavors and unforgettable service. It's clear that they put love and care into every aspect of what they do. So, if you're looking for a burger experience that will leave you speechless and service that will make you feel like a rockstar, do yourself a favor and head to In-N-Out. Trust me, you...

Too long/ didn’t read: longer than expected wait, most disgusting fry i’ve ever had in my life (super salty/soft). Burger was mediocre and also salty. It was a busy night and I’m suspecting the workers are cutting corners by cooking some of the fries on the toaster instead of in the deep fryer.

Let me start off saying I love burgers. Compare to where I am from (Canada), Las Vegas offers a much greater/better selection.

First off, the wait was much longer than I expected, as it took me 7-8 minutes to get my double double + fry + drink from the point of payment. No worries I thought, as long as the food taste good. The joint was quite busy so I’ll give them that.

It was not until I got my first bite of my fries where my jaws just dropped. What the heck... the texture was just not fried! It tasted like it baked in an oven (or air fryer said my wife). The second thing I noticed was it was so salty (felt like someone just dumped the shaker on it).

By the way, I started eating 2 minutes after I picked up the order, not 20 minutes. In addition, before I received the order, I saw some employees placing fries through the toaster (I thought to myself what an unconventional way for making fries). So here is what I am suspecting: the store is busy and the fryers are getting overwhelmed, so the employees are using the toasters on the fries on some unlucky customers, and I happened to be one of them.

The burger itself was okay, also a bit salty, but at least edible. I ended up throwing 3/4 of the fries away after letting my family try it and...

I have been a patron of In-n-Out since 1989 when I was Stationed in SoCal. In over 30 years of being a customer, this has to be the first time I was ever disappointed in my service or order.

I would chalk it up to ‘New Employee Syndrome’ that my order was incorrect but this does not fly at In-n-Out because their training is well above par so I am unable to explain what happened here.. Millennialism perhaps?

The employee at the pickup counter did try to correct it immediately and told the back staff that she needed two Animal Style Fries so I took mine and my granddaughter’s lunch to the table. After having eaten 80% of my Burger, I had to ask them what the holdup was on my Animal Style Fries which was a ‘Deer in headlights’ moment for them as the other employee had to remind them that she DID request they make the two orders of Animal Style Fries.

Well, we got our correct order well after our Burgers were eaten which I have never eaten Benihana style at In-n-Out before so there, another 1st!! Maybe this location in Centennial is looking to steer away from what’s worked for decades and try a new dining model??

And I’m sure food and waste costs are not of concern...

I don’t know what has been going on here lately but now I have to start asking for fresh fries. Fries that have not been sitting or waiting to be picked up(that’s a thing I found out) they can give you fries that have been sitting. It’s my 3rd time in the last month in which my fries have been very disappointing, dissatisfying and old. This time I took a pic and I could not finish them knowing they were old. They’ve been real dark lately and old. I have no idea what’s going on here but that is beyond not ok. I hope management reads this and tells their workers that it is never ok to serve old fries re heated fries or fries that have been sitting! It shouldn’t be based on the cook, it’s a team effort-it should be! If it’s not right have it made over, don’t still serve it to someone who spent their time and money and energy to wait in those lines and travel. I have an ability so it wasn’t easy getting up and getting there let alone having to turn back around and go inside! Not once but 3xs now You can clearly see the fries are not normal or fresh!

This is my first time here. I wanted to see what the hype was about. I had a cheeseburger and french fries. The cheeseburger was good. It reminds you of a home cooked cheeseburger, but.... The fries were horrible. It was like they had freezer burn. There was definitely something wrong with these fries. You have to remember that you have one time for a first impression. Those nasty french fries blew it for me. I'd say don't get the fries and get the burger. Hope your experience is better than mine with the fries.
