My family visited The Cracked Egg years ago but unfortunately I didn't accompany them during that visit. I've always wanted to try this restaurant and it's brought up every time we drive by this area. On 8 Mar 2025, I finally had the opportunity to try this place, so my wife and I drove here to have brunch. When we walked in, we had a slight wait time, but it wasn't excessive...which was good because I was starving. The restaurant's décor was nice and inviting; this business also seats an adequate amount of customers to which I was shocked to see additional seating as you walk towards the bathrooms. We ordered the Garden Patch Omelette w/Seasoned Potatoes and Coffee Cake; the Enchilada Omelette w/Sweet Potatoes and Coffee Cake; Pancakes, side of Bacon, and side of Jalapeno Bacon. First and foremost, that coffee cake was extraordinary - it was so good that I actually forced myself to eat it slow and save the other one for tomorrow, so I could enjoy it two days in a row. The omelettes were made to perfection; it wasn't too big, nor was it too small. Both omelettes contained an equal amount of ingredients which is always appreciated. The potatoes were seasoned nicely and this restaurant does not skimp on the quantity of potatoes either. The bacon had great flavor, especially the jalapeno bacon; however, I thought the texture was just average - I think I'm just spoiled with eating those thick-cut bacon at my house. The service here was impeccable; this was primarily due to Kayla's exceptional personality and attentiveness. This was such a pleasant surprise considering we had such poor-to-average service a couple night's before at another restaurant (high end restaurant and unrelated to this business). Customer service is equally as important to the food quality, so it was refreshing to receive superb service from Kayla and the other restaurant staff. Overall, I loved this restaurant...the employees are second to none and the prices are adequate; the price to quality/quantity ratio definitely surpasses a lot of other businesses in this city. Aside from the bacon, I did wish there was an option to build your own omelette on their menu (unless I missed it). However, given their remarkable service, I wouldn't doubt that they'd accommodate anyone wanting to create their own masterpiece - I just didn't ask. I suspect I will be returning to this restaurant in the future and I highly recommend this business to everyone - you will not be disappointed. Note: I enjoyed the sign in the bathroom (see attached photo).

We visited again today and tried different menu items that were all delicious!! Ryan our server gave us some very good recommendations. He was very friendly and didn’t let our coffee cups go dry the entire breakfast! The apple coffee cake baked daily in-house is a must order item! It’s 2 inches high, super fluffy and full of apples! Bonus is that you can substitute it in place of toast with your egg entrees! I had one of the daily specials; the Benny Tostada that was loaded with black beans, onion, smoked green and red peppers, poached eggs, in-house salsa verde and bubbling cheese. I substituted carnitas meat with corned beef hash and it was delicious! This is a great place to meet friends, family and ease into the day. The entire staff here is happy to serve you and get your day off to a fantastic start! ————- The Cracked Egg is a breakfast place but also serves lunch too. They offer a large variety of the common breakfast favorites; omelettes, skillets, pancakes etc… The place was kept tidy, service was very good and warm food came out promptly to the table. They do have nice outdoor dining in back of the restaurant. Pancakes were good but lacked flavor and could have been fluffier. I like that the accompanying syrup was served warm. I really like that they also offer turkey bacon and sausage too! I had a piece of each and they were cooked perfectly and not dry or chewy.

The Cracked Egg has become our go-to breakfast spot, and it's no surprise why. Every visit guarantees a delightful experience that deserves nothing less than a 5-star rating. The food consistently wows with its amazing flavors and quality ingredients, setting a high standard for breakfast options. What's even better is that the prices are fair, making it not only a delicious but also an affordable choice. The staff at The Cracked Egg is a standout highlight. Their friendliness and attentiveness create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm smiles and prompt service, making you feel like a valued guest. Whether it's the perfectly cooked Joe’s scrambled eggs, the fluffy pancakes, or the amazing coffee cake, The Cracked Egg has mastered the art of breakfast. It's a place where the combination of great food, fair prices, and exceptional staff converge to create a consistently outstanding dining experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a breakfast spot that checks all the boxes for a memorable morning meal

I really like this place and always get great service and great food but today was especially fantastic! The host sat us immediately and so polite. My son and I went there around 9 a. m. Mary was our server. She was polite, engaging, attentive, professional and informative. Immediately after giving us our menus, listed the most popular items for our convenience. As I observed the floor, everyone working in this place was so attentive. They came together like a well oiled machine! They were moderately busy yet kept up with the pace easily. My coffee cup never went empty and was filled 3 to 4 times without even asking. Our food came out fast, hot and perfect! The team work in this restaurant is very noticeable. Servers help deliver food to each others' tables and help fill drinks for one another. Such a great experience every time we go here. I even ordered something to go for my wife and Mary timed it perfectly. The to go order was ready just after I paid the check. I have nothing but positive comments about this place. If you haven't been here, stop in for a great breakfast and phenomenal service! Thanks for being one of the best breakfast restaurants...
