We love the food truck scene in Las Vegas. Big Papa’s is a wonderful find and just jumped to the top of my Las Vegas food rotation. I was surprised at the depth and breadth of the menu. This guy makes a ton of different dishes. Our family of 4 had an NM Philly cheesesteak, birria tacos, kids bean burrito, and carnitas. The food was excellent and clearly made fresh. My wife said the carnitas were the best she’s ever had and specifically appreciated how moist the pork was. My NM Philly hit the spot: lots of cheese and the right amount of green Chiles to give it that subtle kick. It’s hard for us to find a place where everyone got food they loved but Big Papa’s delivered. 10/10.

We had the pleasure of eating at Big Papa’s on their first opening day on 7th street, and it was absolutely delicious! The service was excellent, and every staff member was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast burritos did not disappoint — so flavorful and satisfying! We’re already looking forward to coming back and trying more of what’s on the menu.

My mom and I stopped by on our way to Denver from Arizona this past Thursday and we are so happy we did. My parents are HUGE Philly cheesesteak fans and my mom was blown away by hers. You may be one of very few in the restaurant industry in Lil Ole LVNM, with almost every single review has been made positive. I commend all who reviewed his food. You hardly see the positive feedback from our locals. Which only means the owner is DOING THE DAMM THANG right? So may you and yours be blessed with many more years of service here in Las Vegas? Big menu and something for everyone. I've tried the phillys, the loaded fries, tacos and burgers... but now I'm addicted to the donut burger. DELICIOUS! I was gonna add a photo but I dove right into to the donut burger just now and..... so it's just an empty food container which I don't think you'd like to see. Give it a try. Don't waste your time or money on the fast food anywhere in Vegas. It's all bad service and worse food. By the way I was not paid or given anything to speak up.
