Burger King — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Rarely do I feel the need to comment on fast food joints but this place is at the height of mediocrity. Unintentionally repetitive but if a zero star option existed, you know how I would score. 2 travelling companions and I entered the store, we each ordered or own meal. There were a handful of patrons ahead of us awaiting their meals. A sign at the cash register requested we have exact cash or use a card. I complied. The orders were slow coming from the kitchen, one at a time and in order. One person named the till, one was working the kitchen, the last was bagging and handing out orders. No effort was made to assist the sole cook. He seemed to be on a roll punching out burgers and chips. My two friends received their meals (separately of course). Terrific. I was next, eager to get back on with the long road trip. Zzzzzzzzz. Wait, what? She called out the order after mine. It's only 2 small wraps.... Perhaps the efficiency of making the next burger with the last burger was what had happened. Another order goes out. More burger meals. Then another.....Excuse me, where is my order. Yeah it's coming. I then watched as the staff member went to the kitchen and asked the Cool. Some minutes later the cook came out for a drink, the till operator went to the back and the cook returned. Finally my order was delivered after my friend had finished their meals. Laughing at me they were ready to go. Unimpressed I scoffed my snack. To rub salt in the wound, the few strands of lettuce and lack of tomato altogether failed to live up to expectations brought on by the photo on the menu board. This place is the embodiment of mediocrity. Don't waste your time. Go to any other food outlet in town. Footnote. I used the bathroom to wash up after dining. Soap and paper towel dispensers as well as the air dryer were all inoperative. I suppose the one star I give is for the spigot allowing the water to...

They served a family of four that walked in after we had already ordered. We ordered a double cheeseburger and chicken fries. I watched her put the cheeseburger in the bag and my chicken fries come up in the window. She walks back over to the register to take a phone call.. then, somebody's order.

At this point, I said aloud that my chicken fries are ready. She walks back over to the food bagging area, cheeseburger had been sitting in the bag for about 5 minutes with chicken fries in the window for about 3 minutes. The girl and a manager collaborate on the family's order for another minute, before handing it to the mom. At this point, my fiance has had enough, and so have I. We demand our money back. He tries to give us our food, looking at us as if we were crazy to even be the least bit upset.

My man says, "We don't want the food. We want our money back." The manager then proceeds to ask, "Why?" I tell him, and he says "Ok, ok, we're gonna give your money back, but you need to just slow down, calm down." I say I don't need to do s*, I need my money back NOW." I have to walk away, at this point. The manager takes another 2 minutes, at least, to give our money back...

Not impressed, at all, quite aggravating as a matter of fact. Before heading to the hotel after a 5 hour drive we stopped at this BK for a quick dinner. We drove up to the drive through and were greeted immediately. We asked for a minute to decide our dinner and when we let them know we were ready the employee requested a minute in return. We waited about 5 mins. and asked “hello?” And got a reply. We ordered and waited for our food at the window. Wait time was about 15 mins. Seriously? Right now these guys are clocking 20+ mins on a fast food order. We finally receive our order and I asked for ketchup. The employee went away for a second and came back with a handful of mayo and mustard and said “we don’t have any ketchup”. It’s a joke right? 7:30pm on a Friday night, you have max. 3 customers, only 1 of those in the drive thru and the order is almost 30 mins. and somehow in the ketchup capital of the world you are out of ketchup??? To make matters worse, they didn’t give our child’s drink, no napkins, and no straws for the milkshake. Where’s the Gordon Ramsay of fast food when you need him??? Guys, seriously, you need to greatly improve...
