My recent visit to Burger King left me utterly disappointed and disgusted. It pains me to write this, but I cannot overlook the numerous issues I encountered during my visit. From the unsanitary conditions to the poorly prepared food, everything about this experience was a complete letdown.

The presence of human feces outside the establishment was not only repulsive but also a clear indication of the neglect and lack of hygiene. It is unacceptable for a fast-food chain to maintain such a deplorable environment, as it reflects a complete disregard for customer safety and well-being.
Upon entering the restaurant, I couldn't help but notice the disheveled appearance of the employees. It was disheartening to witness homeless individuals working at the establishment, as it raised concerns about the restaurant's hiring practices and employee welfare. No one should be subjected to work in such conditions, and it speaks volumes about the management's lack of responsibility.

However, I have noticed that over the last 4 months when I pull into this drive through window it does take a long time. I thought maybe it was just my bad timing. However, Several customers have complained about the time factor. I thought that it might be happening all over the Las Vegas Valley. However, due to my love of Whopper Jrs. I pulled into a different Burger King location expecting that it would take the same amount of time. However, and to my surprise, my order was ready very quickly. This brings me to the real reason I am contacting your. First of all, I am not attempting get anyone fired or in trouble. While I was at this location, a verbal fight broke out by one of the employees aimed at the manager who was trying to prepare orders. I am not certain all that was said except that angry employee burst out with a loud voice at that same time complaining that they would be walking out if things didn't get better. She used profane language as well as made threats to the manager as to how she would destroy her car or injure her when they got out to the parking lot. I cannot say exactly how the argument started, but what followed was not professional, and from the various threats made could have been arrestable. Ordered two meals, paid an additional 3.80 for an xtra pattie on one of the whoppers which I didnāt receive. After arriving at home and realizing the mistake I called to let them know, the phone rang at least twenty times before someone answered. The woman who took the call was rude to me when I explained what the issue was. I had already made it back to the house to discover my food was not correct. I realize itās only fast food but to not offer an apology after paying 30 dollars for two āvalueā meals and the only resolution she offered was to drive the food all the way back to have it made again seemed ridiculous.
