UPDATED FOR 9/1/24 This has to be thee LITERAL worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to... and I keep giving it a chance but I have never in my life ordered breakfast online via the app ANYWHERE, gotten there before breakfast ends but somehow because they make me wait for 5 minutes on PURPOSE tell me they cannot give me my order. Not only not give me my order but cannot refund or cancel it at the register. MULTIPLE times they've done this to me. Telling me "breakfast just ended so we can't give you you're order and we can't accept the order as payment at the register." Do you guys have a timed lock on your freezers to where breakfast cannot be given to customers who ALREADY PAID. I learned from the first time these lazy mooks tried this crap and as soon as I pulled into the drive thru recorded where I was and what time it was just before the dude said "hold on" and made me wait for 5 minutes just to tell me he can't give me breakfast. I gave him a hard time and he said "fine but you're going to have to wait for everything." Like, yeah sure I don't mind my food being fresh? I mean... the absolute LAZINESS of the people you got working at this joint is WILDDDDD. BK don't even pull customers the way other brands do around here either which is a bold business practice either way. I was going to buy some extra drinks and give them even more money but I decided I'd rather not risk more spit or dirt in my food by these guys and I drove OUT of my way and spent my money for coffees at McDonald's after instead.
P.S. there is a Hispanic older gentleman here who is always super amazing and helpful anytime he's there along with a soft spoken young lady who sounds like she could be from the carribean maybe i cant tell from how soft she speaks? They're amazing and super polite. The rest of them are useless though.
ORIGINAL REVIEW My dad's been sick the past 2 weeks and all he's wanted was BK breakfast which is what I've gotten for him and my kids... almost DAILY this week. I order online yesterday for him and them at 10:19 AM online. I get there at 10:30 (not a single soul in that drive thru and no one inside really as usual) girl tells me at the speaker to pull up after i said i have a mobile pickup and when I do she looks at me and says "we can't give you breakfast after 10:30." I reply saying may have ordered it late but it wasn't 10:30 when I placed my order" she says "it doesn't matter and that it only is confirmed as an order when she manually confirms it at the register. So she couldn't give me my food nor could she refund my money." I wasn't going to say anything (I'm never rude to ppl) until I saw her male coworker behind her laughing looking dead at her telling me. ( I'm SURE they were thrilled they didn't have to make the breakfast they've claimed all week to not have biscuits for, or to overcook the hash browns so they're hard, or make sandwiches so sloppy they're falling apart.) I say "Well, LOOKS like none of you have to work huh?" And drove right around to the conveniently placed Taco Bell where I placed an order for myself at the same time I did BK. Only I got there after breakfast ended and they fulfilled my order. WILD, I KNOW! Fast forward to today and this fat little hog put the payment through after I left because it went from pending to completed. Probably shouldnt have told me she has to manually input anything cause now I know they're thieves on top of being trogs. That's what I get for giving a company I never liked my business... overpriced, low-quality food and employees who are too dim to stack a sandwich or mix a coffee. Why do that when you can go next door to Taco Bell and for 6$ get a breakfast wrap and 2 hashbrowns and medium drink or coffee ALWAYS MADE RIGHT BTW! or get any one of their cheaper, better tasting options & a better friggin attitude from staff? This is why BurgerKuck has always been mid - and Taco Bell is forever. Bk did NOT let me have it my way, so I went to Taco Bell & had a Baja Blast.

Read moreService was typical, in the beginning. The manager took our order. That part was good. But I went with someone who never likes to own up to his mistakes. The guy tried to say that he ordered for himself a value drink, on top of what I had ordered. Well, I ordered a large drink and I planned on him ordering a drink for himself, which I figured he would share with my daughter. I guess he had other plans, and he thought I ordered her a drink...so he thought he was ordering a drink for himself only. Anyway, so the guy didn't get his drink and wanted to be combative with the manager. I'm proud of the manager for sticking to what was true. The guy wound up walking away with no drink for himself, and then still wound up with my plan. I told him that he was wrong to approach the manager like that. I tried to explain to him why he was wrong, but he wasn't getting a clue! However, the reason why the store is only getting 4 🌟 is because my mozzarella sticks were cold and there was another problem, but I forget what. The second guy, the one who took care of my issue, well his attitude was just the best. He was nice and respectful. He listened, apologized, resolved and even brought out the item himself after watching them remake it and making sure himself that they were fresh. I placed an order for one cheeseburger on the app, went to the drive thru and gave my name, waited like 15 minutes behind two cars, got to the window and the guy acted like he didn't know who I was so I gave my name again. He tells me to pull up on front and they'll bring my order, so I wait there some more. Then I notice they bring two bags worth of food to the car that was behind me, so at that point I go in and give my name a third time and they still act confused. After they make sure to give a large order to another mobile group, they finally notice a cheeseburger that from what I could tell had been sitting there this whole time and bagged it and gave it to me.
I pointed out I'd been waiting and it'd just been sitting there to the worker (a different one from the one at the window, who had been wandering around this whole time not helping) who first denied it'd been sitting there despite it being right there in my field of vision, then said I was behind the mobile group so I couldn't get my order until they did before running off before I could reply.
All told, it took me like 30 minutes to get ONE cheeseburger and I had to go through three different pickup spots to get it. Incompetent mess of an...
