Capriotti's Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Las Vegas

This is an addition to the post below that was probably 2-3 years ago. Today is 3/24/24 and I called some sandwiches in for the family. Excellent service. When I got there the order was wrong. No big deal things happen but the 2 young men working at the time were absolute professionals and more than remedied the situation. Mistakes are not an issue when you get 2 rock stars in customer service to fix the issue. Just fantastic people and service.

Cheyenne and Buffalo store is always on top of their game. They make it a snap for me to call in and order take out. On our cheat days we like a few places to choose and this on makes the top of the list for us. My Son goes Philly Cheese steak and I grab the Bobby. The Bobby is basically Thanksgiving dinner on a terrific 12 inch excellent bread. The combo of turkey along with saltiness of the stuffing and on top of that the sweetness of the the cranberries just make this sandwich a favorite for me. This Capriotti's was busy. Only two customers were allowed in at one time, and there were a few people waiting outside to order or pick up. I called in my order when I arrived, went inside to pay (I used a coupon), and asked if my order could be delivered curbside. Yes! So, I waited just a few minutes and my order was delivered. My wagyu roast beef sandwich and chopped salad were delicious. Okay, the potato chips were good, too. FYI, the wagyu roast beef was rare. Since I don't like rare, I did microwave the beef only to my liking, put it back in the sandwich, and enjoyed it immensely. It was tender and flavorful. The employees were busy but I was still greeted when I entered the store and the cashier was kind and didn't rush me when I paid. The establishment was clean and organized. It was easy to see where to pick up orders that were on sectioned shelving. The same goes for outside...

The EMPLOYEES they were outstanding, honestly those LADIES I believe they deserve a raise, the atmosphere was great vibing, food is so delicious. although I’ve noticed this specific location then the others is that this location air conditioning is horrible, honestly out of all the 10+yrs working in a restaurant businesses companies take care of their employers. Happy employees, happy customers. It is too HOT for these lady’s to be working under these conditions you have this insane heat coming from outside then on top of that heat coming from the flaptop that’s cooking the hot sandwiches and heat coming from other machines there. let alone have customers dine in, in this insane heat inside this store.
