The worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. Walk in and order and as we are waiting, the girl comes out and calls my mint oreo blizzard and starts to take the next order. I asked for a lid and she gives no acknowledgment as she rudely gives me the lid. Being put off by that, the other young lady gives me the other blizzard I ordered and asked for the manager. It was convenient that the manager wasn't available. I asked for the rude employees name and she said her name was GG (as nicknames are professional) and I was given a number to what I thought was the manager. Get home to call for a complaint, and to my surprise, the number that was given to me was not the number of the manager, but the number of the store. The young lady sounded embarrassed as maybe she didn't think I would call. So "GG" gets on the phone and very rudely says that they aren't allowed to give the managers number. I asked why they didn't tell me that in the first place instead of lying, and she started to get snappy and I have no time for any nonsense, so I hung up. To add insult to injury, both of the blizzards I ordered had absolutely no flavor. Instead of going to speak to the manager, I thought I would let people know not to visit this dump that hires talentless liars who cannot make a decent blizzard. My advice? Get a clue, be honest, don't hire lying airheads, and renovate the property. Should have walked out when I noticed the store smelled like it wasn't cleaned since the grand opening....
Read moreZero stars if I could. The two young women working at this location on a Sunday afternoon had zero customer service skills when I ordered two blizzards, and were very rude when questioned. I asked for lids for my blizzards, and after lids were placed on the cups, the ice cream leaked down the sides of the lids, creating a mess. I took the lids off, and placed them on the counter to wipe the cups so that I don’t get ice cream all over my hands and car, and the response from the more senior associate was “you asked for lids, and you can throw them away”. I asked for lids, not a sticky mess. Additionally, the young woman with the hot pink hair should not be flopping her ponytail around where food is being prepared - it’s unsanitary and makes me wonder what’s happening behind the counter. Her hair should be in a net, hat, or at least a bun. I will not return to this location due to the rude staff, and inability to produce a blizzard in a clean cup. Entry level staff should not be entitled to, and ask to make so much money if they cannot perform a simple task such as placing ice cream in a cup. Learn how to do your job, or get a new one. Being in the customer service and food industry means that you should be somewhat polite to customers. These two young...
Read moreHow can you possible mess up ice cream. I came to this location around 8:15 pm, two young girls were working. I ordered a mini banana blizzard. When the girl brought my blizzard to the front and gave it to me, it was dripping over the endges of the cup, it had no banana's and it looked like chocolate ice cream. I was disappointed as soon as I saw it so I requested that she make it over. She basically said the ice cream is watery because they use additional liquids and had an attitude that I asked her to make another blizzard. NOW the second one comes out and just like magic Its still melted and the blizzard taste like marshmallows!! I'd didn't even complain a second time because I know I would have gone over board, so I just took the ice cream and left! I promise by the time I made it back to my car which was all of 50 feet, you'd of thought I was walking in 100 degree weather cause the ice cream turned out to be a milk shake!! Ugghhhhh!! Please give your employees better training at this location.
Oh and p.s my mom got a Oreo blizzard to which she said taste like it had Twix and Butterfinger in it but she didn't want to complain. I personally think that's lazy to not at least rinse the...
