It's a delicious, freaky, fast way to get teriyaki without the wait. The customer service is phenomenal, I am always appreciated and respected when I ask for my requests on my bowls. The cashiers are really impressionable and nice with this establishment. The food is not terribly expensive but up there depending on what you order, but I could not finish a regular size bowl in one sitting ever. Basically saying they fill their bowls to the brim, and they do not hold back on any ingredient added because it's all fresh and hot. The yakisoba and rice are amazing, too. There's also Sriracha and soy sauce on the side if you prefer with plenty of teriyaki sauce and sweet and sour. Highly recommend this place for a bite. Restrooms and lobby are always clean, too. PS. The steak teriyaki is amazing. And they have a points system on their app which works well. :)

We always enjoy eating here but it was especially good today. We each got the crispy and light Shrimp Tempura, and shared a delicious Spicy Chicken Teriyaki over Fried Rice (small upcharge but worth it) and a yummy Katsu bowl over noodles (also a nominal upcharge, also worth it). The sauces that came with the dishes were delicious, and the sweet lady who ran the register and checked on diners' needs offered us extra teriyaki sauce. (Was she the manager? Sorry I didn't get her name). The place was busy but clean and well run.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I ordered some food yesterday for lunch and there was a worm in my food it looked more like a maggot it’s disgusting I immediately started vomiting I even went to the hospital to get checked out when I called them all they said is that they will refund my money and that they wash all there products, that still doesn’t resolve the issues, I’m still disgusted just by thinking about it specially since I had already took a couple bites out of my food take your money somewhere else and don’t eat here

Someone recommended this place to me. I previously avoided going here as I am allergic to seafood. However, after the recommendation, I've been here several times. Thus far, the employees have been good about understanding my seafood allergy and I have looked at the ingredients to make sure I order things without seafood ingredients. There is a menu notation that a possibility exists for cross-contamination of food products.

I've had the teriyaki chicken breast bowl with vegetables and white/brown rice, the fried rice, the noodles, and edamame (soybeans) a few times. The food has been consistently good, and the portion sizes are small, medium, or large bowls (the larger the bowl,, the more meat you get). I do not ask for more teriyaki sauce as I like the food as it is prepared. Some people might prefer more sauce but I'm fine with the way it is served.

There are chicken, beef and salmon bowls as well, but I have not tried them. The chicken might be thighs or mixed white and dark meat.

The vegetables are mainly sautéed cabbage with some sliced zucchini, broccoli, and onions. I like that it is not overly seasoned as I have to watch my salt intake.

The rice, whether white or brown, is okay. The fried rice has peas and, I think, thinly sliced carrots. The noodles are minimal as well.

The edamame is in the pod. You just pop out the soybeans to eat, and it is not salty. I order this as a side dish.

Overall, this is a fast food place. You can eat in as there are several tables,, but I choose not to do so. I think the bowl portions are sized well for what you get, and the bowls/sides are priced accordingly. Not cheap, bit good food at a reasonable price. And the employees...

Funny how many not-bad experiences can all be washed away with one bad experience. Ordered food from a younger cashier, paid with debit card, did not get a receipt, sat down and waited for food. My name is clearly printed on my card.

After a while, an older lady calls out "Jayden". That is not even close to my name, so I don't answer. Resturant is pretty full, including a couple sitting outside. I don't know who's that order is. Lady never called out the order when no one responds.

Eventually, maybe 10 minutes later, I go back to the counter to check on my order...

I get handed the order sitting there. I said: "Really? It's been sitting here 10 minutes."

The old lady, without even looking up, says "I called your name several times." 100% straight to blaming the customer!

I asked for the receipt and saw the name "Jayden". I said "That isn't my name."

The older lady keep looking at the register and offered a coupon for 20% off. I declined.

No apology, nothing. No acknowledgement of their error.

Been here many times, never an issue. But it's when there is an issue that you see how the business is really run, and how that business really treats their customers.

Added to list of places I won't go to any more. Will they even notice? No. But I can't support a place that has poor service. Maybe think about this next time you are...

Emma the cashier was awesome sweetheart with A + customer service.... other than Emma being a sweet person.... the food was not good at all ...full of grizzle and fat and tendons...... I spent over 50 dollars for 3 1/2 people..... just to go home and all be sick.... Won't go beck again..... the chicken was just not good at all. grizzle, tendons, dry and hard ... very hard and dark brown pieces that tasted old... didn't finish it ... gave it to the dogs and they got sick too..... I'm sorry.... I wish I could have given a good review but i can't.... food is expensive enough as it is.. and this was just shameful.... for bowls full of grizzle. :( the chicken looked OLD AND DRIED OUT.... just really not good at all..... tendons, grizzle , dried out chicken and fat..... never to go back there again... I see others have said the same.... about...
