Denny's — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I placed an order through the Denny’s app on August 31, 2025, at 2 PM. The order was a Waffle Slam and a Slamburger.

About five minutes later, I received a call from Denny’s. Tamara informed me that they were out of waffles. I told her I would like to cancel my order, and she assured me that my refund would be processed.

A week went by and no refund was issued, so I called Denny’s and spoke with a manager. I gave him my order number, date, and information, and he assured me the refund would be processed ASAP.

Throughout September, I called another three times, each time providing my order number and details. I even tried calling Daniel Hernandez at the number he provides in the reviews, but he did not answer.

It is now October, and I have still not received my refund or any call, text, or email update.

This has been a very disappointing experience. I used to regularly order from Denny’s, but after this situation, I will not be returning. And in case anyone from Denny’s suggests otherwise, I have recorded calls and my call history as proof.

Update - 2025-10-22 20 days later and no follow-up, no reply, and no refund for an order I never received due to Denny's not having an item. Meanwhile Daniel Hernandez - Area Director of Operations, Las Vegas, is commenting back to everyone else. I am going to keep updating my review regularly regarding this fraudulent behavior.

Update - 2025-11-04 After calling their corporate number and speaking to a Denny's representative, I received a reply to my review and finally received my refund. Outrageous that I had to go jump through so many hoops. 1/5 stars and will be going to NORMS or Jamms up the street instead...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Denny's on West Charleston and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The server Sunshine provided top-notch service that truly exceeded my expectations.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. The server promptly seated me and made me feel comfortable right away. She was attentive throughout my entire meal, ensuring that my drink was always refilled and checking in to see if I needed anything else.

Not only was the service exceptional, but the food at Denny's was absolutely delicious. I ordered the classic Grand Slam breakfast and it was cooked to perfection. The eggs were fluffy, the bacon was crispy, and the pancakes were light and fluffy. Every bite was a delight!

Sunshine also went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary restrictions. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made helpful suggestions to ensure that I had a satisfying meal. Their attention to detail and willingness to cater to my needs truly impressed me.

The ambiance at Denny's was also pleasant and inviting. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere for diners. The staff members were friendly and professional, creating a positive dining experience overall.

I highly recommend visiting this Denny's on West Charleston and experiencing their exceptional service and delicious food . The Sunshine’s attentiveness, the delectable food, and the inviting atmosphere make it a five-star dining destination.

This Denny's was very busy. I was there around 11:00am.

The employees are very kind and are on top of making sure you have everything that you need to enjoy your visit.

The food was served fast and it was hot and fresh. I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of my lovely double cheeseburger and pancakes.

The meat is like homemade. Not frozen round patties. Fresh toppings and thank God they don't throw ketchup, mayo and/or mustard on top. That is served on the side.

Not a big fan of the wavy fries though.

The fries never seem to be fresh no matter if you dine in or have your order delivered. At ANY Denny's, not just this restaurant. That's my only complaint at this Denny's.

UPDATE: I went back today and glad that I did.

If you ever go to this location ask for your server to be Olga. She is the best I've ever encountered. Anywhere.

The food was fresh and perfect as usual. The cooks here must be trained to perfection. I've never received a bad meal.

And Olga is wonderful. She makes sure all beverages are filled before you know you need it. Everything is provided that you would need with whatever meal you order and she is kind. You don't find that most places anymore.

I watched Olga be very patient with an elderly gentleman who was confused and didn't really know what he wanted and was careful about how much he spent. She took the time to answer all of his questions and made sure he knew what he would be charged for everything that he wanted.
