Terrible experience. First, went to get my pizza and was informed it would be 10mins, only to find out it was sitting for 10 min because it was already done. STRIKE ONE. Got hone to enjoy, to then come across luke warm, dry pizza. Almost no sauce on either ordered pizza. I decided to take it back. Before just walking into this establishment, I first called to let them know i would be bringing the pizzas back and was met with the most disrespectful and snarky attitudes.
Upon entering the establishment, I asked to speak with the manager and he came to counter. Unapologetic, he continued to cut me off by explaining how each order was completed. It was expressed to him i simply wanted the pizza re-made. With a roll of his eyes and overly nonchalant attitude, he was like all right we'll just be make it.
Lost waiting, the pizzas were made to liking. It was what I saw, witnessed, I was disgusted by that threw me off. I watched the manager go to the board where orders were trapped, punching a couple numbers, scratch the back of his head, then move his hair from his forehead as if he was wiping the sweat from his head. From there instead of washing his hands, he proceeded to the area in which to take the pizza off the conveyor belt to cut. Before he touched any of the utensils, I simply asked him to wash his hands. His response was," don't worry don't worry."
Disgusted I went there just a little bit longer for the pizza to complete. If I could never go back to the store again I wouldn't. However, it's the only Domino's in my area, and I've never had service like such in the year that I've gone to patronize this place. By the way, this manager says he was the store manager. 10 months later: I again had a bad experience with this crew. I spoke to an Arman and his customer service was weird. He should not work with the public. I ordered when the driver attempted to deliver he didn’t have my gate code. Odd because other drivers have been able to deliver. Driver understandably took my order back to the restaurant, which is 8 minutes away. I called and ask about my order. Arman tells me what happened and ask for my gate code. I gave him the gate code and I ask if he can look at my account and see if my code was still on there, he said he don’t understand. I said it again he puts me on hold without letting me know then comes back and say I don’t know what you want from me and started yell about me being upset. I am now confused because it wasn’t that serious because its just down the street. I then informed him I wasn’t upset but I am now because of how he’s is treating me and I only asked a question.
