Domino's, you've officially crossed the line from disappointing to downright insulting. I've been a loyal customer for years, but my recent experience was absolutely unacceptable. Your quality has plummeted, and it's obvious you're skimping on ingredients to boost your profits. My once-beloved Extra Italian Sausage arrived looking like a sad, empty canvas. A few measly specks of barely-there toppings were scattered across a vast expanse of dough. Where was the promised avalanche of sausage, ham, onions, and mushrooms? And the cheese? Forget about it. It was barely a rumor, a pathetic excuse for mozzarella.
And don't even get me started on those "chicken" wings. What a joke! They were so tiny, I'm convinced they came from baby chicks. It's not right, Domino's, picking on defenseless baby birds like that. Have you no shame?
Domino's, I understand that costs have risen, but this is no way to treat your loyal customers. We're not blind. We can see you're cutting corners. Don't insult us by charging full price for a half-baked pizza and miniature wings. You've lost my business, and I'll be making sure everyone knows about your shameful penny-pinching tactics. Word of mouth travels fast, Domino's. You might want to start showing some respect for your customers and those baby chickens before you lose them all.

This shop is very hit and miss on the toppings. If they make a mistake they are quick and polite to offer a solution which is great. However, there is no consistency in the amount of toppings on the pizza. I order the same pizzas once a week, huge differences. Read moreOn the night of 11/8/2023 I placed an order for contactless due to having children that I do not want exposed to strangers when approached at the door. I specifically asked in the delivery description to not ring door bell but to call or text when order was delivered (the purpose is I have a 1 year old That wakes easily) when the order was delivered around 8:56p-9p the delivery driver rang the door bell anyway. When I opened my front door with my 4 year old the driver was standing outside my house about a foot in front of my door. I picked up my food off the ground and said thank you. I quickly noticed there was a pen and receipt on the food. When I realized the driver was standing infront of me I said I ordered for contactless delivery and with an attitude the driver said it is contactless all while less then a foot in front me at this point begins to speak to my 3 year old which made me uncomfortable. The driver then adds to say we work for our tips. I quickly signed the receipt and handed her back her pen and clipboard she snatched it out of my hand very rudely. My pizza was undercooked, and when I reached out to corporate for a refund, they gave me a case number and assured me that the local store would contact me. After a week with no response, I called the location myself and spoke to an employee named Blanka. She interrupted me as I tried to explain the situation and seemed uninterested in resolving my issue. I had to ask for permission just to finish my explanation. She told me that a manager named Jeff would call me, but that never happened.
I called again and spoke to an assistant manager, who also promised to call me back to resolve everything, and once again, no follow-up.
