Dotty's — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I come everyday but today my players card was thrown in the trash and my ticket was removed from the keno machine by the front entrance and register area after asking sandy who works here most times nice she said sternly no there wasn't a card then instantly said "oh" then proceeded to the trash can and took my dottys players card out wiped it off and handed it to me at that time I asked muss sandy did you also cash out my ticket she replied there was not any ticket in there im nice I'm Lawrence I said okay just money I work but since then she has been giving the worst treatment to me I tip big always and when I win big multiple jackpots I tip bigger. Actions bothersome people like taking there ticket and throwing away there card nkt.knowing it's mine instead of being honest or just letting the instance pass she has been very rude really picking a fight don't smoke that black and mild in here when i have a pack of Marlboro cigarettes she sold me so this is to say you kill people with kindness even when they are the opposite of you I am sad that something bad is going on with her today but she could of stayed home I have tipped her hundreds since March 9th so let's all.pray for her that next time she stays home because anh other human would if matched her bad treatment bad words bad attitude right back. My life is good and I love the world heckmif I k ew who pissed in her oatmeal I would of told her don't eat that let me get you Blueberry hill instead I love my PT's but for tips will turn to bronze and silver and om writing a letter so they can look into this matter of mh ticket and poor and just volatile vicious experience I experienced at my dottys I'm here daily for the most and I'm nice I live the world and only want to spread said love everywhere everyday...

I just had the worst customer service at Dotty’s on Charleston and Meadows in Las Vegas, Nevada . My friend and I walked in to buy cigarettes. I am 55 and my friend is 62. We waited approximately 5 mins before an employee came out from the back. She told us to get our ids out, which we did. Then she said she would be with is in a few minutes. She finally spoke to us and we ordered the cigarettes and she said she needed to see our is which we had in our hands. She took my if and looked at it for awhile and asked where the expiration date was. I showed her, she said it was expired, she was looking at the Issued Date. Been going every week for the last year, I really like this place staff is friendly expect for the one lady that works afternoons shift on fridays.. I don’t know why she’s been discriminating me .. she gos around and ask everyone if they need a drink & she excluding me al the time!🙁 I have to ask her for my drink , she gos and tells me I don’t have what you want.. when I know they do have it & when she gives it to me , she gives me an attitude.. I always tip her so I decided To post this because I’m calling corporate ..
