T.J. Maxx — Local services in Las Vegas

I had a very bad experience. An employee was following me throughout the beauty section. She was short, older, had blonde short hair, and was helping people in the dressing room. Well she could not get her eyes off of me for whatever reason. She gave me strange looks. I assumed she thought I was/would steal, because she was very alert when I grabbed a product. Maybe it was the fact that I was wearing a small backpack, but if this was the issue she could have clearly stated this to me. Instead she was snooping around corners and walking around the store at a point. I also observed that she was very nice to a Caucasian couple, but the moment a woman of color walked by, she mad a disgusted face and did not greet her, she did this several times. I am very out raged by this experience. I felt embarrassed because everyone could clearly tell she was looking and following me. Another costumer pointed this out to me because she could also tell. So if you’re younger, of color, and have a bag of any size on you, don’t dare go into the beauty...

Like this TJ maxx but the person that waited on me was not right. The necklaces was beautiful it did not need cleaning but she insisted. I sensed she wanted it herself it on only one...she pulled it a looser with her cleaning glove said she was sorry the preceded to place it under the counter. She told me to check back it should be more coming...i never knew TJ maxx to get there same thing in often but i checked back another lady was there and I asked her was the manager was there she said a cashier today but shes not a manager she just been there a long time! She lied about being a manager...i have good taste and shes relatively stylish so she wanted the necklace . I asked her to mark it down and i would buy it anyway and she said she has to send it back. She left the front to check the case where they keep stuff to send back she turned her back with the case in front of her and pretended it was not there however I could see the co worker face then she looked at me . I loved the store and I was excited to continue shopping here until the cashier I met with was unprofessional. I made my purchase August 10th at around 8:30pm at cashier 2. At first she seemed nice and greeted me, but after asking me if I was interested in applying for the rewards program I declined because I wasn’t sure what information I would have to share. Her demeanor changed and she was speaking to the cashier next to her and complained she hasn’t been able to get people to sign up today. I felt uncomfortable. At the end, my purchase was $74, which I thought was odd but maybe just a coincidence it came to a whole number. Come to find out on my receipt it said thank for your charitable donation. The cashier never asked me if I wanted to donate. I feel like she stole from me. It wasn’t right for her to do this. Granted it’s only change, but it’s the principle. I won’t be returning...
