Well I came to grab s pizza like I used to do for my son. He wanted little Caesar but to my surprised no pizza made had to wait 20 min and they was like place a order online or wait 20 min we did the order online because employee claiming it would be faster dude it took 23 minutes and I told my son I will pay extra I don't care little Pizza Men use to be a walk in ask for what ever was made and take it home we actually wanted 3 pizza but they was so busy they claim and under staff and it even took longer. I was not happy do I told him next time u want this kind of pizza catch the bus here. My son said not worth it mom I will order Dominos next time. I explained to him Honey in life you get what u pay for then my pizza was not even all cut correctly it was like ripping pieces of a round pie. Little Caesars Owners your store are loosing the #1 reason consumer come for. Or MAYBEE this one day you really was to busy. Sorry I rather order and have it deliver if I have to wait 23 min same thing deliver. Other then those two issues I was not to happy with the customer service in a scale of 1 to 10 you get a 5 no knowledge of time pizza would be done. Online customer get priority versus the one with cash Infront of the register. Unprofessional guy gave our pizza to a online customer and told us the next one is out in 3 min. 😞😞😞😞 Never again would I come to this location. Review Title: Unacceptable Experience with Afternoon Manager
I usually go to this Little Caesars often and have never had a problem before. The teenagers working there are always hustling, doing their best to get orders out quickly, and I truly respect their effort.
However, this was the first time I had an issue with a manager, and it was a very disappointing experience. The afternoon manager, Lupe, refused to take my order and made comments that felt discriminatory. She told me she didn’t have to serve “my kind” and refused to give me the correct order I was paying for. That was extremely frustrating because I was more than willing to pay for the correct order — not a mistake.
Before even taking my order, she spent about 20 minutes on the phone, leaving me waiting unnecessarily. When she finally did address me, her attitude was rude and dismissive. What made things worse was seeing her quickly switch to help other customers who spoke Spanish while I was still waiting to finish placing my order.
Whether this was racism, discrimination, or just poor customer service, it’s unacceptable. A manager should set an example for the rest of the team — not disrespect paying customers. The younger staff members actually do a better job than she did that day.
This kind of behavior will drive business away. Lupe either needs retraining or should not be in a management position. I hope corporate or the franchise owner reviews this situation seriously because no one deserves to be...
Read moreUpdate 10/05/25 STOP HAVING TEENAGERS RUN A BUSINESS!!! I tried to call, no one answered. After 25 minutes on hold, I hung up. I walked-in, only 3 young men were working (all teenagers). No pizzas were loaded in the portal. Cashier said he couldn't find my order in the system (it had been 45 minutes since I placed the order in the app). They "found" my order in the back. Not in either of the warning areas. I asked to have the pizza remade. There were no pizzas "hot and ready" on a football Sunday night at 7pm. They were making them to order. *Customers were leaving due to the 15 min wait time. I see service is still horrible at this location. 2023 This store is the worst! Every single time I order from here (no matter the day of the week), they are understaffed! There is never anyone at the counter to greet you. All of the crew seem pissed off, or that they hate working here. On a Sunday night, at 8:30pm, there were 6 people in the lobby waiting for portal pickup, and their food hadn't even been put in the oven yet.
