I was shocked that I have never heard of this fast casual restaurant considering all the places I have tried in the past. But since Las Vegas is filled with an endless supply of places to try/eat, it isn't uncommon to miss places here and there. But that's why we have the power of Google at our fingertips and can search for certain types of restaurants at any given time. Nonetheless, I discovered this place after a random search and told my wife that we needed to try it - the day finally arrived and we visited on 3 Mar 2024. I really enjoyed seeing the artwork as we walked up to the building. Whenever we walked inside, I immediately noticed the mix of modern, rustic, and industrial design/décor...not to mention, the clean, upbeat music. The restaurant cleanliness was adequate and the service was magnificent.

I ordered the House Favorite (Original Hot Chicken Sandwich, Tender, and Fries), plus a drink. The menu wasn't too difficult to choose from, but since this was my first experience here, I still had a hard time choosing what I wanted to try first because I wanted to try everything on the menu. In my younger days, I would just order 2-3 different items to try at once, but since I've gotten older, that's a little more daunting. Oh well, looks like I'll have to return for round 2 to try other items on the menu. The chicken itself was phenomenal! The sandwich was a perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors which provides you an intense experience like no other. I know there are several chicken restaurants in this city to choose from, but I can honestly say that this place is ranked way up there for me. I was very satisfied with my food, yet I was kind of disappointed after I was done with the final bite of my sandwich.

The restaurant wasn't full of customers when we visited since it was in between lunch and dinner timeframes. Although, there were still a consistent amount of people there to pick up online food orders, so I can tell this place is extremely popular. As a result, the customer service was outstanding and we received our food in a brisk manner. The price-to-quantity/quality ratio was remarkable and I really appreciate this restaurant's support to the active men and women of the Armed Forces, to include its Veterans. If you have never tried this place, then I highly recommend this restaurant to you. I/we will definitely be back in the...

Houston Cold Chicken, Cold Waffle

Don’t waste your money here!

I tried this place out for the first time and it was the most underwhelming meal ever. I was looking forward to my meal after reading reviews and looking at customer photos and the menu. I could have been a regular customer but not after this! I ordered through the drive thru about 45 minutes before closing, there were a handful of customers dining in. The name of this place says “Hot Chicken” but that’s not accurate. It’s cold chicken! The chicken on my sandwich was cold and the chicken tender was almost lukewarm. The website photos show waffles that have clearly been toasted, my waffle sandwich was not toasted, the waffles were cold, no evidence of being warmed or toasted, the slaw should have been colder. Why are they serving food at inappropriate temperatures? Do they turn off the heaters and toasters hours before closing? Why are they not toasting the waffles? Is the slaw properly refrigerated? The website is false advertisement or the employees are lazy. Anyway, I can’t believe I paid $20 for a cold meal. Total rip off. And for some reason I thought the sandwich came with fries but it doesn’t. I wish they had asked me “if I wanted fries with that?” The guy who took my order was very low energy and was slowly wandering around while I waited for my order. I knew something was wrong when he handed me the bag of food because I was expecting to smell the food once it was in my car but nope! I could not smell anything. I wondered if it was cold because when food is warm, you can smell the flavors. But when it’s cold, you can’t smell it through packaging. I couldn’t even smell the food at the drive thru when the window was open, so maybe none of the other food was hot either. The fact that they want you to leave a tip in the drive thru, before giving service or food is wild. The fact that they want a tip BEFORE giving you cold food that should be hot, is more wild! I can’t eat here again, the prices are high and the food is not worth it. I do not recommend this...

New spot just opened up a few months ago near Ann. Been waiting for this location to open as I e seen one other but did not stop by in Summerlin.

First impression was a modern look with a clean and efficient layout for a modest sitting area and drive through options. Colors match very well as you can see in the pictures and bathrooms were clean.

The sitting are are equiped with booths and tables with chairs with plenty of seasoning salt and napkins because you'll need them. Windows are everywhere and the AC is running cold. I notice some spots got a little too chilly as it blows down directly on the table possibly causing food or temperature sensitive patrons. Other than that, the establishment has a constant line of cars requesting their menu items that you can witness from the sitting area.

Food is delicious with all the chicken coming with a specific level of spice for you to choose from. From Chicken fingers, burgers and salads along with loaded fries with several options, it was pretty tasty. Daughter stated she felt like her chicken was full of powder but she did remember that she chose fingers without any spice and it comes with dipping sauce. Amateurs.

I chose the salad with both a chicken breast flavored with sweet mustard and one with hot. Pro tip, most plates can let you choose two flavors or spice levels depending on your taste, which I found helpfully when figuring out flavors that I might like to try but not for my whole meal.

Drinks are your typical fountain drinks with unlimited refills so long as you're in the store and some unique fruit flavors and ice teas. We didn't try anything else as I was out teaching my daughter to drive with her permit and opted to try them the next time we're out and hungry.

Definitely want to see this place grow and open up more stores as the staff was very friendly and helpful with a genuine smile. Something that is refreshing to see especially in smaller restaurants. Try them out and see if you like it. I think it's definitely has some newer style appeal with great...

On my first visit to this local gem, I was pleasantly surprised. I had been hearing recommendations for another well-known chicken spot (Raising Cane’s), which was fine, but when I saw this place across from Team Ford, I decided to give it a try. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff. Luckily, I had glanced at the menu online beforehand and decided to go with the three-piece tenders. Typically, that’s enough to satisfy my hunger when I’m just a little peckish. The menu offered a nice selection of sides, but I opted for crinkle fries and extra pickles. The tenders were incredibly moist and had that unmistakable taste of fresh chicken—not the frozen kind that too many places try to pass off. The breading was crisp and flavorful, and the array of seasoning options was impressive. I went with my usual Buffalo, and I wasn’t disappointed—the sauce had just the right amount of heat. They even offered to season each tender differently, but I stuck with my standard. The fries had a unique seasoning beyond the typical salt, which was a nice touch. In hindsight, I should have ordered the two-piece meal—these tenders were easily double the size of what I’m used to. I ended up taking one home in a box, so consider that a tip if you visit. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, and I had the pleasure of meeting the GM. She was friendly and clearly proud of her establishment, almost like a mother beaming with pride at her child’s first big accomplishment. The staff was outgoing and seemed genuinely happy to be there, a rarity in fast food these days. My only minor critique was that the iced tea was a bit weak, as if it hadn’t brewed long enough. And they serve Pepsi, but that’s just a personal preference. Whether you’re a local or just visiting Vegas, this place is worth a stop. They’re expanding through franchising, but it’s a homegrown brand. I’ll definitely be checking out the downtown location tomorrow to try the sandwich! Be sure to go check this place out, I am sure you’ll agree with me 100%!
